We will be delighted to host you in our carefully designed accommodation. The apartment is located on the ground floor of our main house with independent entrance/terrace and parking. You can breathe and enjoy the view of the surrounding nature, the countryside to the city. Fully equipped for 4 people with a double bedroom (150 cm bed) and a sofa bed (140 cm). It is located in Saint Benoit, 10 min from the CHU, 10 min from the city center of Poitiers and 20 min from Futuroscope.

A means of transportation is essential because it is not served by buses. Parking is available in our yard. 3 minutes by car from a hypermarket, shopping area, restaurants. 10 minutes from Poitiers city center, 6 minutes from the CHU and 25 minutes from the Futuroscope. No smoking allowed
