The cottage is located on the property of a 16th century manor, in a wine region close to La Charité sur Loire, Pouilly sur Loire, Sancerre... Equipped with a separate entrance, it has its own garden and adjoining laundry room. Completely restored we have decorated it by chinant and working with local materials. The ground floor includes a living room with kitchenette and shower room. The room is on a mezzanine level. Enjoy the peace and quiet and greenery!

Peaceful haven in the center of the Nievre. Take a quiet break in this newly renovated old house. The living room will welcome you with its living and dining area. One of the sofas is convertible (thick mattress 140 X 190) the separate kitchen has all the necessary amenities. The upstairs bedroom has a large 160 x 200 cm bed.
