Cottage holiday rentals in Saint-Claude

Anita and Henri are lovely hosts! Welcoming, responsive, unobtrusive, and at the same time kind to their hosts. The cottage is as described and the hot tub is very nice when returning from the beach. I highly recommend this rental to book without second thought.

The place and the setting taked you back to tranquility and nature. The view of the forest and the ocean is one of a kind. Driving up to the location is quite the adventure. The roads are steep, beprepared. We also enjoyed a home cooked dinner delivered to our villa by the hosts. The coconut chicken and the creme Brule were delicious! As a side note, make sure to bring your own shower gel and shampoo.

We had a great time at Vanessa and Sylas' place, who welcomed us with a smile! A delicious meal and a bottle of punch were waiting for us in the fridge as a welcome! The accommodation is just perfect, the pool very nice and the jaccuzi ideal for relaxing after crapahming all day. The accommodation is very functional and nothing was missing, quietly located and 5 minutes walk from Malendure beach. Vanessa was very responsive to all our questions, it was just perfect 😊

Beautiful atypical accommodation in a wonderful garden in the heart of nature. The mill is very pleasant to stay and the welcome of our hosts is perfect. Renaud and Olivier go out of their way to make our stay as pleasant as possible. I would highly recommend it!

Stay between relaxation and professional obligations. We were very well hosted by Olivier and Renaud. Even our dog who was on the trip was welcomed with bcp of kindness and love. The garden, a marvel!! Tastefully arranged and filled with beautiful surprises. We spent 4 days of a change of scenery that made us feel crazy! We recommend and will be back!!

Here you have everything you need. Simple and practical, what mainly used the great terrace when we were at home. Beautiful views. Convenient was also that the kids downstairs slept with their own bathroom and we on the upper floor with separate bakon and bathroom.

Very nice place. The pictures are not misleading. Tropical garden and pool in a super quiet area. Great location close (on foot) to beautiful beaches, and easy access to visit high ground and lowland. As far as mosquitoes are very tolerable thanks to the air conditioning and mosquito nets. All you need is a little extra pchitt. No water outages.. Almost private parking lots on the street. Our only small downside: the beds are missing 10 cm in length, for people who are a little tall.

The location for a coastal and forest tour is perfect for this part of the island. For a pleasant accommodation, it is full of life (iguana, hummingbird, sugar tree, etc.) and vegetation. In a private space, the pool is very suitable and goes very well to the 3 bedroom accommodation with each its own shower and toilet area 👍 The main shops are within walking distance and I thank Alexandra for her advice for car rental. Looking forward to coming back if our vacation takes us back to beautiful Gwada 😀

Thanks to Pierre for the warm welcome to his home in Terre de Bas. The places are beautiful with stunning views of the surrounding area. The place was clean and well equipped. Pierre was very kind to pick us up at the port when we arrived (same thing when we left). We had good recommendations for places (restaurants and activities). We would love to come back to Pierre's place in the future.

Very good stay at Luc's. Well equipped, clean and convivial house. Luc was available if needed. I enjoyed the gestures of attention. Fruits and rum that I enjoyed well. it's worth a visit and I definitely go back.

What a view! The sunset is amazing. Magalie is a friendly and responsive host. Honestly, the next time I go to Guadeloupe I would go back with great pleasure.

We were a family of 4 and loved our stay in Deshaies. The location is ideal, it is possible to walk to Grande-Anse beach, 5 min drive to Deshaies village with restaurants, grocery store and bakery. The space is clean, we have everything we need. Very flexible, available and welcoming hosts. It's simple and not complicated. A big plus, the meal service available. It's perfect for the day of arrival which is always a big day. Beautiful vegetation that surrounds the unit, you feel good, it's intimate, it helps us get away quickly. We recommend! Thank you for the wonderful stay we had there. The kids still tell us about it.

The villa is beautiful. We loved the pool which is in the sun all day, so the water was perfectly warm. It is also in a small private courtyard which makes everything intimate and the area is very quiet. It's very well located for exploring Grande Terre. The bedrooms are very good in size and each has a dressing room which we really enjoyed. We would definitely stay again.

Very good stay. I recommend. The apartment is located in a central point of the island that allows in an hour's drive to one side or the other. It is close to the airport which is convenient (20min). The apartment is very quiet and you can enjoy the pool. Recommended

A quiet garden filled with birdsong, a view of the sea and a black sand beach nearby. The hosts were charming and welcoming, the place was spotless and comfortable. We had a wonderful week here and would happily recommend it.

June 2020 My colleagues and I loved our stay at Katherine's. The location of the house in the heights of Sainte-Anne makes the car necessary but allows you to visit Grande-Terre and Basse-Terre easily because the main roads are not far away, while being in a quiet place, with the surrounding vegetation. The house is welcoming and "easy to live with", especially for colleagues who have never been away together! The pool allows you to cool off in the evening or to finish waking up in the morning, to do some exercise or to have an aperitif. Katherine and her family were really nice hosts (thank you, thank you). Between the beautiful landscapes, the heavenly beaches, the super good food and the kindness of Katherine in the image of the Guadeloupeans, it was a stay that only asks to be repeated!!

Excellent stay at Valerie and Jean Michel's. The accommodation is just idyllic for a tropical immersion in their beautiful flower garden of 5000 m2 😍 the Caribbean cottage really seduced us with its authenticity and its location in the middle of greenery. The furnishings are charming and neat, everything is perfect. The top pool and the location of the property with the cottages are in a quiet and peaceful location 🙂 above all, I will note the kindness of Valerie and Jean Michel with whom we are very happy to have exchanged on our trips.
