Bienvenue au lieu dit " La Perellerie", ce hameau est un ancien corps de ferme de 4 maisons que je partage en famille. Il y a un chemin d’accès pour vous et moi et un autre pour mes proches. "La petite lochoise" est une ancienne forge restaurée, avec des grandes ouvertures pour faire rentrer le maximum de lumière Un côté sud-est intime avec la terrasse vue champs et un côté court nord ouest réservé aux autres habitations. Charming cave house facing the Château de Loches

Our cave house is located on the edge of Loches, with a great view of the castle, a private terrace and a barbecue; it can accommodate a couple and possibly two children. Very close to the city center, you can leave your car in the small private parking lot and do everything on foot (10 minutes from the city center). You can also discover magnificent sites: Amboise, Chenonceau, Beauval Zoo, Montrésor… We offer, when we can, breakfast on the 1st day.
