The studio with its independent entrance is adjacent to our house, in a quiet cul-de-sac very close to the city center. Guests can freely enjoy the swimming pool and terrace where we will be happy to meet you. Less than 100 m away you will find a bakery and a convenience store.

Accessible from 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. We will welcome you to make your stay as pleasant as possible. We are hiking enthusiasts and can give you advice if you like.

The 24 m2 studio + its 16 m2 patio is nestled on the heights of Saint-Denis at 200 m altitude, in a quiet and peaceful environment. The studio is adjoining the main residence and another outbuilding rented on Airbnb. The swimming pool and deckchairs are shared with the other tenants and ourselves. You will be halfway between the airport and the city center of Saint-Denis (6 km/15 minutes).

We rent an independent studio, located in our garden. You are also welcome on the covered terrace of our house, which houses a table as well as an outdoor lounge. You have free access to our (unheated) swimming pool and deckchairs as well as the entire garden. It's a perfect spot to enjoy the sea views, or the sunset, in peace, and without a view from the opposite side!
