The property is double glazed with underfloor heating throughout. It has 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed, the other is a king size. There’s 1 bathroom with a bath & overhead shower. Also a living room / kitchen with cooker, hob, microwave, fridge freezer, toaster, kettle, & tv. It has a convertible sofa chair / bed which can be used for a 5th guest. All bedding, towels & a welcome pack of tea, coffee, milk, biscuits & toiletries come as standard. There’s free WiFi throughout & parking outside.

This property would be suited for solo travellers or couples passing round the North East Coastal Route past the ‘Bullers of Buchan’ and local beaches which are the perfect viewing spot for the Aurora Boreallis on a clear night. My place is located directly on the seashore with spectacular views and is walking distance to the village convenience store. It has a large, secure, shorefront garden, great for families with kids, solo adventurers and business travelers. It can sleep 4 people but ideally suited for couples. Quiet and peaceful.

The cottage has spectacular views, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (1 en-suite). A small enclosed yard to the rear and a bench and parking area to the front. Included in the price is electricity and heating, a basket of logs and kindling for the log burning stove in the cottage, cupboard items such as tea, coffee. There is a smart tv, should you wish to use it (the view is the best tv!) and WiFi. The house is a traditional fishing cottage in a quiet village situated on the NE250 route.
