Villa holiday rentals in Saint-Francois

Beautiful place, the stay was even better than hoped! Difficult to choose the main asset of this house between the large terrace in the shade, the 30° pool, the superb small private garden, and the calm of the surroundings. St Francois is 5 minutes away with all shops and restaurants. Our 3 and 5 year olds loved it! And what a pleasure to find food in the fridge when we arrive! A big thank you to Laurence, Max and Louise for the advice and their availability. If we come back to Guadeloupe one day, it will most likely be at this place! A true Caribbean treasure!

We had stayed 10 nights in this villa. When we arrived, Jules took care and time to welcome us. He is a very nice and available person. He recommended us nice places on St François. The villa is as pictured, and it even looks bigger in real life so it's very nice! The opening of the lounge to the terrace makes a very friendly side with the pool. Be careful, however, to put mosquito repellent! I would recommend it and will return to this villa!

We had a wonderful time staying at the place. The house is very nicely decorated, clean and there is everything important. The house is bigger than it looks in the pictures and the beautifully designed garden and great pool invite you to relax. The communication with Carole and Magali was impeccable. We will be happy to come back. 🥰

We had a great time with the family. The setting is ideal!!! In this mango season, we were able to fully enjoy them. There was enough space for everyone (8 people). The villa perfectly matched the photos and was well maintained. The concierge was always available to help us, which we really appreciated. A great experience!

Beautiful architect well designed in a quiet environment, however, some problems were noted: unstable doorframe (bedroom), difficulty opening an exterior door (bedroom), lack of storage in the bedrooms, exposed electrical cables and electrical malfunction of outdoor lights. Jonathan's parents are very welcoming and responsive when needed. Despite these few comments, we had a lovely stay at this place.

Beautiful house for family vacations! We were 6 adults and 4 teenagers and we had plenty of room! The sea view is just amazing , the very large infinity pool! Sublime!

Victoria’s house is a priceless, older, custom designed Caribbean beach house with private beach. Her personal decor perfectly offsets what the house is about. Just a fantastic setup. The house has a lovely familial charm, throughout. There were moments when it felt as though I were back in St. Tropez than in Guadeloupe. It could not be more idyllic. Her host was beyond polite. Everything was thoroughly covered, including close recommendations.

This is a glorious home. The photos don't do it justice. It's like being immersed in a jungle oasis with a beautiful ocean view. We loved the outdoor kitchen and bathrooms and spent most of our time on the spacious upper balcony. I wanted to set up my office there, it felt like a home away from home. The access to the nearby beach resort and restaurant was a nice perk. The owner Bruno was very gracious and even drove us to get pizza the first night since the restaurant was closed by the time we arrived. All 8 of us had the most wonderful time. Expectations exceeded = highly recommended.

We were 7 people at the villa for 10 days. I confirm that the photos are exactly as in reality and it's beautiful. The infinite pool with the view is just wow. And the bedrooms are really good with each their bathroom. The little hitch we had was the hot water for the shower, it wasn't everyone who had it. On the beach side, we have no problem with the caretakers. They were very courteous as long as we had the bracelets and access card. Grocery is about 10 minutes max. The city did not often pass for recycling, we had to wear them in municipal bacc because it was overflowing but it is not the fault of the owners. And on the communication side with Marielle, it was perfect, always very quick to respond. So in summary, we give a 10/10 to the villa and we highly recommend it. A wonderful vacation!

A beautiful week spent in this wonderful residence. Everything was perfect and beyond the photos. Just a big wow I recommend this property well furnished and with a breathtaking view. This Villa is a wonder. 3 bedrooms, beautiful and comfortable with very good bedding to have a good night's sleep. A living room with a large glass window that can be fully opened to enjoy the trade winds. A very well equipped kitchen, a large induction hob for food lovers like me, a very large fridge. Note that the bakery within walking distance is very good, many different breads, pastries... The villa is steps away from a beautiful beach, just at the end of the garden. If you walk 5 minutes another beautiful beach of Saint François awaits you. The host as well as his concierge were very attentive, very good communication with a lot of kindness. The concierge put us in touch on the spot with very good service providers for excursions. Thanks for this beautiful and successful family stay.

Valérie and Richard are very welcoming hosts, very helpful and we loved staying at their place in family. Peacefulness surrounded by nature, that’s exactly what we were looking for. We loved in particular the open space feeling in the common areas and the easy access to the pool.

The concierge Sylvie who welcomed us was very accommodating for our arrival as well as the departure. Very nice and smiling. The house is beautiful and as shown in the photos. Everything was perfect, especially Miss M!

Very beautiful and spacious house. The house is very well located, close to everything but isolated enough not to be in all the traffic and buzz of shops and the marina. The outdoor space is perfect with the pool and carbet. We love our 3 kids. We would definitely recommend it.

A big thank you to Morgan who went out of his way to power the outside tank. Our stay in this little corner of heaven helped make our vacation a waking dream. We recommend Villa Sao Thomé. You won't be disappointed. We'll be back for sure. The pool is amazing, and all the amenities are great. We enjoyed the evening barbecues by the pool. A quick tip not to leave your shoes to dry outside without checking that an impressive scholander comes to elect home inside. Babouk the size of a hand but not at all aggressive on the contrary she will remove mosquitoes from the accommodation. In short, the change of scenery was total. Another huge thank you to Régine and Morgann.

we had a very pleasant stay, the house is superb exactly as in the photos the bedrooms are large and each have their own bathroom swimming pool is top notch! Antony gave us lots of places to eat, do activities and shop, he is very nice and responsive in case of any problem. i highly recommend this place thank you antony;-))

The accommodation was beautiful with sea views, everything was beautiful, the rooms were impeccable and the showers too. The pool was a big must. Florence was very kind to us, she answered calls quickly, she gave us a lot of recommendations! I recommend a car to go around. I would go back anytime!

Renée and Alex were great hosts! Friendly, smiling and good tips for visiting this jewel that is Guadeloupe. Alex is an excellent experienced kitchen. Be aware that they can offer you local specialties! We , we let ourselves be seduced by the lobster 🦞 A delight. As for the accommodation, it is located in a real tropical garden in a quiet area with privacy close to the pool 😎 The cottage is functional, clean and tastefully furnished. The market town of St. François is a stone's throw away but by car. Close to all shops.

First of all, thank you for taking me in! The house is really very pleasant and arranged so that you will always have a draught (precious in Guadeloupe) and it is not to mention the presence in each room of a fan on the ceiling, a real plus! You feel good at Corinne's, the place is quiet and a few hundred yards from the beach. Inside you will find everything you need and even more than you need (dishes, utensils, games, books and even a box with plenty of charging cable; it can be useful if you forgot your phone charger for example). The outside is enchanting (and even more at night with subtle lighting): many areas where you can relax, near the living room and kitchen, under the patio, at the back of the garden or even by the pool, pool that by the way is absolutely superb!! Great, with perfect depth and temperature.. perfect too, what happiness! Have a guaranteed stay
