This cosy studio loft conversion is situated on Royal Square in the centre of St Ives. It is a five minute walk to nearby beaches and just steps away from the main shopping streets and restaurants. The loft is equipped with everything you need. Kitchen, dining, living and sleeping areas and a shower room. The loft is in the top of a hotel but it is my home and completely separate. Spacious, comfortable two bed apartment occupying a commanding position, with perhaps some of the best views of the town, harbour and across the bay to Godrevy, yet, in a few steps you will find yourself in the bustling streets of St. Ives, a few steps more & there are four golden sandy beaches, one with the coveted blue flag award. Main bedroom has recently been refurbished and now has a superking zip & link bed that can be split into 2 singles on request. A small parking space is available.

Within level walking distance of many of St Ives attractions, including Porthmeor surfing beach which is less than a one minute stroll around the corner. The Tate Gallery which can be seen from the cottage is a short walk away. For those wishing to explore further afield the adjacent Coastal Path provides for stunning walks in both directions.

This detached property is situated in a private road overlooking Porthmeor Beach. It is light and spacious with a large and very comfortable living area. There is an outside terrace with sea views. Parking for 2 cars in parking bay on private road. Bedding for 1 x double bed and 3 x single beds is provided - and 1 x bath towel and 1 x hand towel for each guest. Guests must be able to manage steps down to the property entrance and the hill down to the harbour area.
