Apartment holiday rentals in Saint-Laurent

A studio that fits a lot in a great location. The studio is tastefully remodeled. Property manager needs to manage it with a closer look since the cleaning is leaving unfinished laundry in the dryer. All supplies cluttered in thr house. As an Airbnb host myself, I understand how much work it gets into the management. I must give a 5 star review for it’s particularly harder for a small place. Good luck! But I won’t come again.

Momo is a very responsive and proactive host that makes sure everything is up to par for your stay. The place was as described in the pictures and had no complaints apart from the lingering cigarette smell from the previous guest. Super smooth check in and easy to find definitely worth it if you’re looking for something in this area.

my son and his dad stayed there for a few days ( he lives in another country and come visit a few days ) it’s our second time with this host airbnb it’s in the same building but a different unit. the host is amazing super friendly, really flexible and accommodating, quick responses to any questions! the unit is very clean and comfortable feels like home looks just like the pictures!! we will keep on going there every time, I recommend !! 10/10!

The accommodation matches the description. It is very accessible and is in a quiet neighborhood. It was very well equipped to cook. In addition, it was very clean when we arrived. The subway is not far, but only to go into the city. There are bakeries, small supermarkets nearby for shopping, the market with all its beautiful colors and products and even nice little shops that are worth a visit. Same for brunch or other. In any case, since I regularly return to Montreal and if the opportunity arises to rent it out again, I will do so without hesitation. Thank you for trusting us.

Another great stay at Adam's property. He is the most responsive host -- checking in to ensure that all is going well. The apartment are all new, thoughtfully furnished and quiet. The location is perfect for strollsup and down Sherbrooke Street to the art museum, cafes, and all things McGill. Adam helped us with on street parking as well. All around a great stay!

Me and two friends rented this AirBnB for our exchange semester in Montréal. Considering it was my first experience in an AirBnB it was over my expectations. Whenever a problem occured or we had a question the owner was very accomodating.

Great location, quiet despite being very close to rue Jean-Talon. Close to metro, Marche Jean-Talon, and Little Italy. For longer stays, note well that there is no washer and dryer in the unit but there are laundromats nearby. Would stay again. Merci Christine 😀

Brand new apartment building next to Metro station. 10 minutes to downtown without downtown prices. Walkable distance to mall with supermarket. Landscaping work still in progress so some minor noises inevitable. For those who intend to make meals - full function kitchenette with top notch appliances.

Nancy's place felt a lot like home. The location cool and the place is definitely better in person (though in photos it already looks amazing). It also felt mostly central since most of the "sights" are in touristy areas, this place was tucked away perfectly in peaceful neighborhood. A fan of the bedding and linen and towels too--in case anyone cares about that...And she also had a binder of recs that were helpful for us too. Would recommend to anyone looking for a lovely stay in Montreal.

We had a wonderful stay! The place was incredibly clean, spacious, and had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. All transit options were nearby and very easy to access, which made getting around super convenient. Olena was a fantastic host; always quick to respond and very helpful with any questions we had. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area! 😊

Overall, my stay was great in Francesco’s place. He was very responsive and helpful. Check-in was easy. Easy access to the metro and very close to the 747 bus stop coming in and going to the airport. The only one slight thing I’ll mention which is not in Francesco’s control at all is that because of the secluded nature of the building (a plus), I did encounter occasional people who were using drugs outside (just from the area) but once security comes (around the late afternoon), it’s all clear. Again rarely happened but something for folks to just keep in mind. Honestly did not bother me otherwise. Just kept my distance to be safe. The unit was wonderful and my overall experience was great and Francesco was a wonderful host.

Great location, great apartment and fully equiped. Marked as a favorite for our next visit to Montreal.

The place was super clean and cozy. Lots of great restaurants and cafes next to it. Close to the metro station and walkable distance from downtown.

great place to stay at, the only problems I faced was to find street parking. also, the air conditioning in the hall did not reach the rooms.. so the rooms used to get very hot during the night. it would be good to have some room cooling especially in the room in front of the main door.

Ali was a wonderful host & our stay was great. The place was perfect and accommodated all our needs. The location is near lots of outdoor areas and trains so it was very convenient.

Husband and I traveled for a short babymoon to the Montreal area. We liked the city, but loved the small town feel of St. Hillaire and Beloiel and the coziness of the room at Brigitte's. she was very responsive and checked in half way through our stay. Overall a great trip and place to stay for a few days!

Easy checkin and out. Lots of free underground parking and free L2 EV charging was a fantastic bonus Easy access to two Metro Lines and an easy walk to Old Montreal, the waterfront and a number of other attractions. Fantastic host. Rapid response and proactive with respect to ensuring our stay was problem free. GREAT!

Amazing place!! Gaelle is the ideal Air BnB hostess. She was responsive, easygoing, accommodating, and friendly. She was a pleasure to work with. Check-in and check-out were super easy, and she responded to any questions right away which I was very thankful for! The place is an absolute gem! Super clean, sleek modern decor, great kitchen, comfortable furniture, and two super nice bathrooms. The bathtub is huge!! The location is very nice, there is a cafe across the street for coffee and the area is very sleek and feels very safe and upscale. There is a nice grocery store very close as well. The wifi was very fast (if you use the 5G)! I loved the city view from the windows. There are small walk out balconies as well. Thanks so much to Gaelle for letting us stay in this gem!! You made our trip awesome!! I hope to visit Montreal again!

We had an amazing stay at Jacqueline’s house! The home is spacious, spotless, and beautifully decorated—perfect for a comfortable and relaxing stay. Every room was well-equipped, and it was clear that a lot of thought had gone into making the space feel like a home away from home. Jacqueline was a fantastic host. She was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and attentive to our needs throughout our stay. Her communication was excellent—she responded quickly to any questions we had and provided helpful recommendations that made our trip even better. The neighborhood was peaceful and safe, with easy access to shops, restaurants, and local attractions. We truly appreciated the extra touches that made our stay special. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend Jacqueline’s place to anyone looking for a great Airbnb experience!

We had a great stay at Rim's place. It featured amazing views and beautiful, clean, modern features. The amenities (exercise room, pool, hot tub) were wonderful. Centrally located, the apartment is within easy walking distance of shopping, restaurants, and sites. Rim was very responsive and helpful. Communication was proactive and almost immediate. We had a minor issue with a drain that got stuck, and Rim arranged to have it fixed right away. When we come back to Montreal, we will definitely choose to stay with Rim again in this excellent place. Highly recommend!
