Spacious and very clean accommodation, faithful to the description. 2 baby beds, various games. Only downside, a little too close to the road but everything is fenced, only the noise can be annoying. Very good welcome from Anne Marie with a nice little welcome gift. We would highly recommend.

We had a great time. The accommodation was perfect in every way and very well located for visiting the Basque Country. The accommodation is quiet for relaxing after a day of walking and a great view to see the sunset. Small point ++ the bakery in Urt makes an incredible Basque cake. 🤗 We'll be back. 💪

What a wonderful stay in this little cocoon, a big thank you to Katia and Olivier who were available and responsive when needed and very discreet throughout our stay. The pluses that make the difference: air conditioning, swimming pool, barbecue, quality of the bedding, outdoor terrace, darts and finally the 2 magnificent bikes that allow you to reach the beach of Ondres or enjoy the surrounding areas. The accommodation is frankly great and especially close to everything, it's a good starting point to visit the Basque and Landes coast.

We arrived in this beautiful apartment, we were pleasantly surprised by the size of the terrace, as well as all the utensils provided. The bathroom is very large and perfect for accommodating several people. I recommend this beautiful place if you want to spend a weekend.

This is our second stay in Claude's apartments. This time we took advantage of the view on the south side. The apartment is very comfortable and quiet while being very close to restaurants and beaches. Everything was perfect from our point of view.

Since we were arriving late at night, he left the lights on in the yard to make our arrival easier. The apartment matches the photos — the house is clean and has everything we needed. Beautiful apartment tastefully decorated with a splendid ocean view. We particularly appreciated the immediate proximity of the beach, the restaurants in the area and all this on foot. Very well equipped with high-end equipment, nothing was missing. The bedding was very comfortable. The little extra was in the amenities with a Japanese-style washing toilet. Being able to park your vehicle within the residence is a very appreciable plus because the places are limited around and very popular. The cellar was very convenient for storing our bikes safely. Alexis was a remarkable support by the detail of the arrival and departure procedures and by his responsiveness to all our questions. For a possible future stay in Hossegor, we will certainly return to Olivier.

The accommodation offered by François is great. Access to the beach (10 meters) and proximity to bars/restaurants is very convenient. I recommend it!

Olivier's apartment is as advertised. The residence located in a wooded park is very quiet and ideally located for our activities located 10 minutes from the residence. No parking problems... which is not always easy in Bayonne! Bright, clean, quiet and secure studio. Our weekend stay for two people went very well. Anne and Olivier are responsive and available hosts. If the opportunity arises, I will rent his apartment to Olivier.

We had a very nice stay, the terrace is really beautiful with its view of the port. The place is quiet and close to many restaurants as well as the city center of Hossegor. Hosts are very responsive.

Apartment with a beautiful view of Notre-Dame beach in Capbreton. It is not very large but well arranged and has all the necessary space for 2 people. We were greeted by the owner's father who was extremely kind. There were also 2 bikes available, which is a real plus for getting around the city.

Listing as described. It is located in a green and very quiet environment The apartment is very well equipped, it may be missing a sofa a little bigger and more comfortable. All the equipment is of good quality with very good bedding. Communication with Christophe is very easy and he is very responsive.
