n the heart of the Loire Valley, along the Thouet River: a 700 square foot converted barn (newly renovated) with stunning views of the surrounding countryside. The house is ideally-situated in the heart of the Anjou wine region, a few miles from Saumur (well-known for it's castle and the French National Horse-Riding School, ''Le Cadre Noir'', wine growers, and troglodytes sites). Also nearby: important castles in Angers, Chinon, Montreuil-Bellay, Brézé, as well as Europe's largest monastic center, the Royal Abbey of Fontevraud, which features an excellent music and cultural program. Other worthwhile day trips include the exquisite Loire Valley castles, such as: Chambord, Blois, Cheverny, Azay le Rideau, etc. The house, which is about 187 miles from Paris (300 km), or about 2 hours by TGV, can accomodate two couples with children (sleeps six altogether). The appartement includes : an entrance hall, a large sitting and dining room with a small equiped kitchen, one bedroom, a bathroom, and a small bedroom on a mezzanine level.

Ideal for a rest in the heart of nature and so close to all amenities. The studios are fully equipped for two people and located facing south. Enjoy the terrace, but also the view of the oak grove in front of your accommodation.

Le gîte « Chez Marguerite » est situé à 2,5 kms du centre ville , il est facile d accès ( dernière maison dans une impasse) proche de toutes commodités ( Intermarché, cinéma, essence, vb, Kiabi, intersport ect…) Le gîte a une cour clôturée pour accueillir vos animaux à 4 pattes 🐾 à condition qu il soit gentil ( je ne prendrai plus de chiens méchants, qui ne supporte pas les autres animaux et humains) Une borne électrique pour voiture se situe à 300m du gîte sur le parking du brico dépôt

Vous apprécierez mon logement pour l'emplacement et l'ambiance. C'est une maison ancienne en pierres de tuffeau située au cœur d'une cour troglodytique. Le gîte dispose d'une cuisine aménagée équipée et de 2 chambres climatisées à l'étage. Il dispose aussi d'une cour extérieure avec terrasse (barbecue,salon de jardin). Mon logement est parfait pour les couples, les voyageurs en solo, les voyageurs d'affaires, les familles (avec enfants) et les compagnons à quatre pattes.
