Beach apartment holiday rentals in Saint Martin

j'ai passé un excellent séjour chez Lucienne . Je me suis sentie comme chez moi dans ce studio spacieux ,décoré avec soins ne manquant de rien. Merci à Lucienne et son mari pour leur gentillesse et leur discrétion.

It was our second time staying at Jean’s place and it was even better than the last. The location is fantastic, right next to the airport and still very quiet and peaceful. Gorgeous views from the living room, shower & rooftop. Bed was extremely comfortable & the entire place was spotless. We plan on coming back & staying here again whenever we do. You will not regret staying here. Thank you so much Jean — he gave great recommendations for restaurants and activities as well :)

The walk to the apartment from the garage was not so nice. Specially when you have problems after a knee or hip surgery, and also need to carry your luggage down with you. At arrival we needed to wait until 14.00 hours to be able to drive the car inside as close to the apartment as possible. But at check out the car was not allowed inside. We checked out was early in de morning at 04.45 am at that our the car was not permitted to drive inside the premisses, so we needed to carry our luggage up to the garage ourselves. This experience was NOT nice. Apart from this the apartment was nice and very relaxing.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5/5 Stars We had a fantastic stay at Priscilla’s Airbnb! Everything was perfect from start to finish. The house was spotless, well-equipped, and incredibly comfortable. She went above and beyond by providing beach chairs, an umbrella, and beach towels, which made our beach days super easy and enjoyable. Priscilla is also incredibly friendly and welcoming—she made us feel right at home. Even more so, we loved the view driving up the hills to get to our airbnb. We Highly recommend staying here if you're visiting the area. We’d definitely come back!

Hébergement très confortable et bien situé, proche de Maho Beach et dans un établissement qui possède piscine, jacuzzi et vue sur les pistes de l’aéroport Juliana ! Anchise est très réactif et flexible. Je ne peux que recommander ce grand studio avec terrasse tant pour son prix que pour son confort. Mention spéciale pour la literie qui est top.

My time at Amy's place was amazing ! Amy was an amazing host, going above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and had everything I needed. The instructions to get to the apartment were super detailed, and included photos of landmarks along the route. When I arrived, Amy was there waiting with the keys and to show me around the apartment. I could have left most of my toiletries at home, because Amy's place had everything from sunscreen and aloe gel to soaps and body spray! The apartment was very clean, and just as described/pictured. The shower pressure and temperature were great, and the in unit washer/dryer was a great amenity. The neighborhood was also perfect! I was able to walk to multiple beaches (with the chair and towels provided) and the bus and taxi are steps away from the front door. Several restaurants, the casino, the grocery store, and multiple bars are within walking distance. I would not hesitate to stay at Amy's place again!

The Anse Marcel area was perfect for us. Beautiful serene beach a short walk from the apartment which is somewhat protected from the winds. The area has enough dining options but was so nice and quiet and free from crowds during our visit. I loved the indoor/outdoor space in the living area at the apartment and enjoyed looking out at the catamarans in the morning as I sipped my espresso while the marina came to life. Hiked to a walk-in/boat-in only beach right from the apartment and had the place almost entirely to ourselves. My only regret is that we didn’t stay longer. 4 nights was nowhere near enough to experience everything on this island! I would absolutely look to book this place again when we return.

This place exceeded all our expectations - fantastic location right on the beach, and also easy walking distance to great shops and restaurants, and of course the amazing bakery. We rented a car and found driving really easy - explored this lovely island each day and then came back and chilled on the beach by the condo. Such a relaxing holiday and the condo was perfect. And Virginia was super responsive whenever we had a question. We will be back!

Incredible location, clean unit and building, literally a 5min walk to mullet bay beach, 5min walk to Cupecoy beach, and two grocery stores one right next door to the building the other just a 3min walk away and two good cafes. Host was available and quick to respond to any needs, i will definitely be booking this unit again! Thank you

Laurent was a fantastic host. He was very accommodating and helpful throughout our stay. He provided us great recommendations for the whole island. The residence itself was beautiful. It was tucked overlooking the restaurants of the resort and only seconds from the water. The whole area is beautiful and peaceful. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

As always such an amazing and incredible stay. Love the place and will come back. Anything you need these hosts have it and if they don’t have it they have deals with the local places with discounts just for being their patron etc. thank you !! Me and my grandma had a fabulous time

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour dans l’appartement d’Emilie, sa proximité avec la Baie Orientale ainsi que la plage et la piscine de la résidence nous ont permis de pouvoir varier les plaisirs durant notre séjour, sans oublier qu’il est également très bien situer et proche de toute commodité (station service, aéroport, supermarché). Emilie est également une hôte très réactive et disponible. Je recommande à 100% son logement

Our family of four with two small children (3 & 6) thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The sofa bed in the living room was spacious enough to accommodate both small children and the primary bedroom upstairs was very comfortable. The view was breathtaking and the pool was gated and clean with a decent size shallow side perfect for the kids. We enjoyed breakfast at Bread & Butter (just down the hill) nearly every morning, and some our favorite meals while on the island were really close by (Mama's Pizzeria and Oasis). Harold and his wife were onsite and were very communicative. While there were guests in the other villas during our stay, it still felt very private and we rarely saw other guests at the pool. As others have said, I would highly recommend renting a car if staying at this property. The only small inconvenience was that the WIFI did not work well in our villa, however, it worked fine on the patio outside and around the pool area.

El departamento de Ian y Megan es mucho más de lo que se ve en las fotos. Todo está impecable y súper limpio, todo funciona perfecto y el deck exterior con la barbacoa que da al mar es un lugar mágico. Usamos los kayak que nos prestaron, la cocina está súper completa. Creo que las fotos no muestran lo bello que es. No duden en ir!! Volveríamos siempre que podamos.

I can’t say enough about this place. The pictures don’t do it justice. Barefoot has every single thing one could possibly need on vacation and is in a stunning location. The beach bar down to the right was small and chill, it had good food and was super easy to access. There are also a bunch of restaurants within driving distance from the place and an awesome grocery store about 7 minutes away. We came during off season (July 10-17) and we basically had a private pool and beach the entire week. We went on numerous excursions and other beaches; every night when we came home we said “our beach here is still the best beach and so much easier.” It is worth seeing others if you haven’t ever been to the island, but you truly can’t beat the beach, ease, and vibe of the beach right out the front door. Seeing the next door stray-ish dog Holly each morning and night was a highlight for me, too. She came up wagging every time we left or returned. Please give her love for me if you see her!

We had an amazing and peaceful stay at Aqua Marina. This luxury condo is very spacious with a private walk out balcony in each room that boasts spectacular views of the islands Jamila is the perfect hostess. She setup the car rental agreement for our stay and responded immediately to all of our needs. I’m the future, We will stay at this condo without hesitation!

I celebrated my birthday with friends at Lesley’s place and we absolutely loved it. Lesley and the staff we interacted with were responsive and welcoming. If you stay at this location, you won’t regret it!

The place was steps from the beach! Beautiful and clean. Host very helpful. We loved st. Martin and this family friendly beach next to Mary Boons! We ate lunch there and cooked in dinner at home. Great appliances And every cooking tool you could need. Andrea was very helpful. The only thing I was a little worried about was the airplanes noise and honestly you forget they are even there after first day.

Our stay was wonderful and the response to our needs were promptly looked after. The location was amazing and as stated was a 2 minute walk to the beach and all the restaurants were a 5-10 minute walk as well. Thank you to all who made this a great week in Orient.

Just returned from our stay and we had an amazing time. The condo is very spacious. Washer and dryer is a must when you visit the beach. We used Mary Boon loungers and umbrella while enjoying drinks and appetizers. There were loungers and umbrellas available but was easier to walk down and sit on the ones already set up :) It was just two of us so was more space than we needed. Would recommend bringing house shoes due to travertine flooring throughout.
