Holiday rentals with a patio in Saint Martin

Marie's place was clean and tidy. It was the perfect place with an amazing patio. She has everything you need. Would love to return!

This place was spectacular. The view was breathtaking to say the least. I can’t say enough of the prestine cleanliness. Eveything is a short distance of a drive. Would love to come back and stay here.

We absolutely loved Tamara's place as well as the area. We are in love with the beach which is a super close walk and extremely convenient. Tamara was very helpful and a pleasure to deal with. We will definitely be back.

Shanaan is a great host. She gives clear instructions and the space matches the photos and everything for a good stay is present. Also think of the things you cannot bring with you, such as a parasol. Fast and clear communication, definitely a recommendation.

The area was nice and quiet. Very secluded neighbourhood which brought additional safety to our stay which is super important for me. Anna communicated everything we needed to access the place in advance which prevented any inconveniences. To top it off, the pool being right at outside our door was the icing on the cake. Would definitely recommend!

Perfect! After exploring the island I saw that we were in the best place! In front of the best and most beautiful beach on the island! Not a 5 minute walk through the beautiful golf course! It looks like it's in a resort! Apartment view to the golf course and the spectacular beach! All new! It's well worth it!

Had a wonderful time at Rosyenni, the apartment got everything you needed, Eventually you need to rent a car as the location is a little far by walking distance from the village Pelican Bay, and Simpson Bay, plus the view from the balcony is breath taken, you can chill at night watching the boat traffic, will recommend it 100%🙏😃

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this property. The place is warm, tastefully decorated, and it immediately feels like home. Everything is perfectly equipped, nothing is missing to ensure optimal comfort. The neighborhood is quiet and secure, which allowed us to fully and serenely enjoy our stay. A Perfect Stay in St. Martin! Our stay at this Airbnb was absolutely perfect! The host was incredibly kind and welcoming, always making sure we had everything we needed. The house itself was amazing—clean, spacious, and beautifully maintained, with great attention to detail. It had everything we needed, including air conditioning and all the comforts of home. The location couldn’t be better—very close to Super U, a gas station, McDonald's, and even Fort St. Louis. Everything was nearby, making it super convenient to explore the island. The neighborhood felt safe and peaceful, and we truly felt at home. You can tell they really care about their guests. We highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again!

Adventurous and romantic! Exactly what we are looking for! It felt private despite the convenience of having the host nearby. Melissa was wonderful and very helpful. We sat on the patio and watched boats and cars and birds galore! There are some critters on the cliffs, like iguanas, but they won’t bother you. The breeze and air felt wonderful and I loved listening to the waves at night. I am very happy to chose to rent a Suzuki Jimny, as we observed other vehicles without 4x4 getting stuck on some nearby roads. It was exciting to see our cliff AirBnB from the catamaran tour we took. A lot of excursions go out of Bobby’s Marina, which is conveniently nearby and has secure parking for day trips. Trust the journey, the destination is beyond worth it!

Private location with a gorgeous pool that kept shade till 1pm - our kids were in it by 7am every day. Accommodation was pristine with perfect bedrooms. We were able to open the house up all morning then close the doors and turn on AC and control each bedroom for personal preference individually. Our host met us at the house, were very responsive throughout our stay and provided assistance quickly (for example a blender that malfunctioned was quickly replaced). M-F housekeeping was also a very nice touch. Overall very happy with the experience, and would book again.

The location is wonderful. You can walk to the beach and the square with wonderful restaurants. The beach did have an issue with seagrass but the beach is raked each day. But beware that there will be grass on the beach even after raking. However, even with that orient bay was a very nice area. The neighborhood is gated and the street the house is located on is beautiful. We felt very safe while in orient bay. The house is well appointed, having everything we needed including towels, washing machine , and dishwasher. There was construction on the street that disrupted the water and electricity briefly. Oliver was very responsive when issues did arise. Luckily the house has backup water for when the city water goes down. The views from the house are stunning and the water in the pool is perfect. The house could use a little updating but the issues are minor.

Spectacular home. Private, quiet, yet minutes away from beaches and quality restaurants. Checking in and out was well coordinated by the team, as were responses to queries. A wonderful stay, highly recommended.

one night stay. Nice space. very comfortable. great neighborhood. short walk to simpson bay. cleaners were working when we arrived but host allowed us to drop off our luggage. one bedroom airconditioner was not working when we arrived but it just the circuit breaker had been turned off (fixed ourselves) Be advised that the airport runway is adjacent and large jets land and takeoff every day between about 10am and 3 pm. no planes dusk to dawn.

I loved the location! You can walk to restaurants, shops, Maho beach, Mullet Bay, even a pharmacy. Room was comfy and felt like home. Environment was safe as well. Perfect.

Incredible location, clean unit and building, literally a 5min walk to mullet bay beach, 5min walk to Cupecoy beach, and two grocery stores one right next door to the building the other just a 3min walk away and two good cafes. Host was available and quick to respond to any needs, i will definitely be booking this unit again! Thank you

Great clean location with everything you need for an amazing holiday. Plenty of space with open kitchen/ living room concept with a view of ocean and beach. Which coincides with the deck/ patio. We would definitely stay again at “ The French Kiss”.. thanks for the host that kept in contact with us and met us at the property to explain some key details. My husband and I stayed at this beautiful place for 4 nights and had a wonderful experience. The apartment was very clean, spacious, and located within a gated community, which made us feel safe and secure throughout our stay. It had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. We especially loved the large balcony where we enjoyed breakfast each morning while taking in the breathtaking views of Indigo Bay. Leanne and her team were very responsive and helpful, making everything from check-in to check-out seamless. We enjoyed the Indigo Bay beach club (walking distance or a very short car ride away) - beautiful beach and delicious food. We highly recommend this place and would love to return!
