Holiday rentals with a sauna in Saint Martin

Thank you for incredible stay, we enjoyed not only the apartment itself but also the whole building, pool and area with shop, restaurant and nice walks. Close to the best beach on the island 🏝️

Alexandra was a great host. She communicated with us through the week, gave recommendations for where to eat, and hade a quick response time. The condo was beautiful. The 6th floor made for great views and the balcony faced the sunset. The island sure lived up to it's slogan as being the friendly island, as most everyone we passed no matter where we were gave us a smile and a greeting.

Great stay! Simona was a great host and her place was just amazing as the photos! Every room had an AC Unit. It was clean and comfortable. Surroundings were gorgeous! Can’t wait to go back

From the moment we arrived, Alexandra welcomed us with such warmth and grace, meeting us right at the parking lot and making everything feel seamless and inviting. Throughout our stay, she was always nearby with thoughtful suggestion. Alexandra is very familiar with cozy local restaurants and hidden gem gift shops. Her kindness and care truly stayed with us. The property felt like a peaceful hideaway. The grounds were beautifully maintained, quiet, and full of charm. And the unit was simply breathtaking. Jus imagine a unit with light-filled, modern, and just as pictured, with a peaceful balcony off every room. I loved how we were so close to everything, yet still wrapped in such calm and comfort. Our time here felt like the sweetest little escape, and Alexandra’s thoughtful hosting made it feel like home. We were beyond comfortable, and so grateful for the experience. Fantastic stay at AquaMarina! The location is fantastic, as its very close to restaurants and nightlife. The pool is beautiful. It's also walkable to padel and pickleball courts. The unit itself was very clean and well equipped with everything we needed. Our Host Jamila was very responsive and made checking in and out very easy. 10/10 experience.

This is our 2nd time staying at the Cliff and it was everything we remembered and more. the grounds are beautiful and well maintained. Someone is always cleaning or doing some sort of maintenance to the property to keep it pristine! the pool renovation is beautiful and a fantastic spot to watch the sunsets. the beach is easily accessible and virtually private with very little interruptions other than some boats passing by. the pictures dont do this place justice. my husband made use of the spa amenities everyday with the sauna and steam room, indoor pool, outdoor pool and beach -he essentially had a hydrotherapy circuit routine every morning. this apartment itself is well maintained and was exactly as advertised. our favorite spot was on the balcony enjoying the perfect views of the ocean. We have so many spots on the island close by as far as restuarants and two grocery/markets. there are also many rest. in a close drive. when we come back to St Martin, i'm staying here again!

We will without a doubt consider returning to this location. It was the perfect amount of night time activity in the surrounding community. Lots of restaurants to choose from within walking distance and also grocery stores where we were able to purchase any and all that we needed. The condo was decked out with everything we needed and the view was amazing..! The beds were comfy and the unit was very spacious! Fourth floor unit was perfect, overlooking the pool, woke up to the sound of the ocean every morning, as we enjoyed a coffee on the balcony. Stacey was super friendly. We spent almost two weeks at the condo and encountered no issues. We did choose to rent a car for the time we were in Sint Maarten and we are glad we did, although there is plenty around to walk to we made a couple of day trips to Simpsons Bay and Philipsburg and the cost of the rental covered the otherwise cost of a taxi ride. Thank you for helping to make our vacation unforgettable.

This place is absolutely beautiful! Photos don’t do it justice, it’s even better in person. My man and I had this place to ourselves but it’s perfect for 2 couples. Balconies in both rooms and full bathrooms! It’s also in a perfect area very close to Maho plaza but you absolutely need to rent a car. I didn’t want to leave, it’s so beautiful and peaceful! I will definitely come back here for my next trip to Sint Maarten & Anguilla.

Amazing place! Everything was excellent!!!!

The view to die for! The moment we walked in, we were enchanted by the view over the Orient Bay. It is a perfect place for a relaxing vacation. Right on the beach, 15 minutes walk to the Orient Bay restaurants and shops (where we dined almost every night). The pool is great! The bed very comfortable. The apartment is equipped with everything you need, including the beach chairs. Herve was very helpful, so were Regine and Bertrand who take care of the place. Thank you! Highly recommended.

Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed by host, Alexandra. We felt ‘at home’. We were a family of 9… 3 generations, ages 21-80years, and we all had an amazing time!!!! The location of the villa was perfect - close to restaurants, shopping, nightlife! The villa itself was immaculate- super clean with fabulous decor! Views from the patio in the mornings and evenings were spectacular. As with any resort/hotel/AirBnb vacation, minor trivial things may come up, but Alexandra was incredibly responsive and made sure any issues or questions were addressed right away!! She was also extremely helpful with ideas and suggestions to share while visiting St Martin. Our only regret while in St Martin was that we did not spend an entire day just relaxing at the villa!! The island itself and surrounding islands had so much to do and see, but next time we will certainly plan a day to spend at this ‘home’! Overall, we enjoyed a phenomenal stay and we will definitely be returning!! Wonderful memories💕

This is a very nice and spacious home with an AMAZING view of the ocean. The property is gorgeous with great amenities too. The only issue we had was locating the property when we arrived. Use “ The Cliff” for the address in WAZE , Google maps, etc. Not the Rhine Road address. You’ll never find it. lol. Great location but I recommend renting a car for convenience to the beach, bars , restaurants, grocery stores, etc just a short drive away. Great vacation! If available, we’d rent this home again when visiting SXM.

We spent 4 nights here for work and absolutely loved the view. I spent hours every day on the balcony in the very comfortable chairs. The kitchen could use some TLC with the appliances but nothing bad enough to deter a stay. The only odd part of the condo is that there is no general tv. The only TVs are in the bedrooms so you can’t watch together as a group. Other than that, we loved that it was quiet, had a beautiful pool, could walk to several restaurants, the grocery store, and the beach and that the AC actually kept it COLD. I recommend for any travelers looking for a place to stay with the comforts of a resort without the people. Thanks Emmanuel.
