Joliment décoré de mes créations : toiles/poteries et idéalement situé entre mer et savane, à Boucan, vous accèderez à la plus belle plage de l'île, située à 20 mètres par un accès privatif. La promenade de Boucan est à seulement à 2 mn à pieds. L’appart est entièrement meublé, et climatisé. Appart coquet et très fonctionnel

Studio Linaluca

Studio sur la plage des Roches Noires (baignade autorisée et surveillée), très lumineux, pouvant accueillir 2 personnes et offrant une vue imprenable sur l'océan. Le studio est équipé pour répondre à vos besoins : nécessaire pour cuisiner, TV, Wi-Fi, masques de plongée, draps + serviettes de toilettes. Situé dans le centre ville à proximité des restaurants et boutiques. Vous serez à 5min à pied du port de St Gilles les Bains où se situent aquarium, centres de plongée et sorties bateaux.

Sunset 974 Lodge

Lodge en bord de mer. Au bord d’une petite falaise, face à l’océan et aux roches volcaniques, venez découvrir ce petit coin de paradis. Conçu comme une suite d'hôtel de charme, il est idéalement adapté aux séjours en couple, avec ou sans enfants. Pour vos enfants, une mezzanine aménagée avec lit de 160 qui les attend. Jacuzzi en pierre, chauffé, face à l'océan indien. Et pour les chanceux de début juin à la mi-octobre, vous pourrez admirer du lodge les baleines.

Completely renovated duplex apartment (new and equipped kitchen and bathroom) decorated in a style that invites you to relax. Air-conditioned master bedroom equipped with a 160 x 190 bed. The second air-conditioned sleeping area offers a 90 x 190 pull-out bed that can accommodate 2 people. The living room is cozy and air-conditioned. A small terrace for outdoor dining as well as a covered parking space in the secure residence. Close to beaches Baby bed available.

The Filaos Bungalow

Fully equipped bungalow. Located 50 METERS (actually) from the Ermitage lagoon and its magnificent swimmable beach protected by its barrier reef, and populated by multicolored fish. The 19 m2 bungalow is surrounded by a small completely private and fenced tropical garden. It is air-conditioned and equipped with a double bed (140cm), separated by a door to the shower room/toilet. Outdoor kitchen of 10 m2 equipped with terrace for the sole use of the tenant.
