The apartment is in the heart of the beautiful Bündnertal Schanfigg in the village of Castiel, quiet and idyllic. The view is enough for miles, from the pizol in the northwest to the Strelapass in the southeast. Castiel is the ideal starting point for activities in summer as well as winter. Parking is available in the protected carport.

Modern apartment built in the village of Litzirüti, which belongs to Arosa. To get to Arosa it's a 10min drive or 1 train stop. The train station is only a couple minutes walk away, and it takes you to the bottom of the Weisshorn cable car valley station or the middle of Arosa town, where you can find groceries stores and shops. The house is nicely situated with views over the valley including a nice waterfall and hiking paths right behind the house as well as two good restaurants.

The stable of the over 100-year-old farmhouse was remodeled with attention to detail. Surrounded by green meadows, you can relax after an outdoor activity in the Grisons mountains.
