We had a great time. The accommodation is refurbished with great care and attention to detail, which is felt from the moment you arrive. Everything was clean, well-equipped, with very comfortable bedding. The garden is a real asset: quiet, without neighbors, perfect for relaxing. We also really appreciated the little touches on our arrival: coffee, madeleines, cookies... enough to feel immediately welcome! A big thank you for this stay, we will be happy to come back.

We spent a wonderful weekend discovering the charms of the Marais and the north of the Vendee. The setting is peaceful and refreshing, with plenty of activities nearby. We enjoyed local specialties like brioche and oysters, and ended our stay with nice billiards at the accommodation — a real pleasure! Apart from some neighborhood noises some evenings, the accommodation is rather quiet. The sofa bed, however, lacks a little comfort.

the accommodation is located in a quiet environment and close to shops. The JEANNE D ARC space is about 200m away, allowing access on foot during festive events. It is between other things, the detail that won us over. Julie was very responsive, professional and friendly.

This cute apartment is well represented by the photos -- except there is no photo of the spectacular view of the church from the bedroom window. Having a dryer is a real luxury. It is quite comfortable for a long stay although the kitchen is super tight. Gael is a magnificent host, always available and caring. The location is convenient with grocery stores and Talensac Market in easy walking distance. Also, Les Bouteilles, the restaurant next door is excellent.

This is perfect accommodation for a couple. A very nicely converted apartment, well equipped and charmingly furnished. Bénédicte was kind enough to spend time explaining the area to us on check-in. The apartment is very centrally located in Nantes within walking distance of the main sights plus shopping and restaurants. As it is on the second floor and looking out onto a central courtyard, it is also very quiet. Be aware that the kitchen is small and there are two flights of stairs to reach the apartment.

The accommodation is well-equipped, easy to access. Public transport is relatively close, about 500 m away. 2 bakeries nearby, 30 m for one and 100 m for the other. Instructions are clear. Importance of having a closed parking lot. I would this property.

Overall, I had an amazing stay! Walkable to public transport with supermarkets nearby. It’s a compact house. So, make sure to check all cupboards and under the table for pots and pans. The house is on the 2nd floor and there is no lift. So, be prepared with lighter luggage. Beautiful space overall. Area after dark needs a little caution. Otherwise, quite safe and cheery with college students in the area in the day and evenings :)

This was the 2nd time we'd stayed in this apartment, and it was just as good as our last visit - it's spotlessly clean, and in a great location. Patricia is an excellent host : very helpful and friendly. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Very homely 'bigou' Apartment that had everything we required for our stay & was spotlessly clean. Marie was extremely responsive & accommodating even altering her own plans when we needed to change our dates last minute. The apartment was very quiet in a quiet street located near the beautiful jardin de plantes park.
