La piscine chauffée a 22°C, le jardin, la terrasse et les espaces de vie généreux permettent de profiter pleinement du Finistère Nord. La piscine est utilisable de mi juin a mi septembre

Stunning sea view in the heart of the city

My apartment is perched on the 7th and top floor ( with elevator !). It is sunbathing or beaten by the winds but always warm! 80 m2 entirely at your disposal in comfort mode. Full center of Brest! You can do everything on foot, the train station is less than 5 mins away, the tram is 7 mins away, a large supermarket is 10 mins away, the theatre, the cinemas are 10 mins away... If you have a car, parking is paid in front of my house, so it's easy to park!
