In the heart of a real peaceful haven in an intimate and warm corner on the outskirts of Saint-Pierre. The duplex studio with a surface area of about 65 sqm, is located on the first floor. It is composed of a large verandah with double sea and mountain views (Cilaos Circus), a living room, a fitted kitchen and a toilet. Upstairs, an air-conditioned bedroom, shower room and toilet under the roofs. The sofa bed can accommodate an extra person. A TV is also available.

This chic home has what you'll need to have a great stay. Vacationers, quiet and discreet students. You can eat your meals on the terrace and relax by the heated pool. A bathroom and toilet just for you. Direct access to the pool and terrace through the bedroom door. Please note that I will be present at the house when you rent a room. I'll leave the pool for you when you're there. I have activities, I go out regularly.

Located in the city center of the village close to trail departures, bus station, hypermarket, bakery, distributor and fairground market on Sundays. Linens are provided but not towels. We offer meals and breakfast on weekends from 4 requests. The cottage is next to two restaurants for meals and breakfast.
