Shanti is a small 2-story house/chalet, with distinctive architecture, located on the banks of the majestic St. Lawrence River. Its interior finish is mainly composed of wood; which makes it particularly warm, conducive to rest and rejuvenation. Nature lovers will be pampered by the beauty of the landscapes and its completely unique viewpoint. The variety of birds is impressive and seals are part of the furniture. Ancestral house from 1850 with river view. The apartment is registered with the Corporation de l'Industrie Touristique du Québec (CITQ) #302493, as provided for by Quebec regulations. The apartment is on the second floor with independent entrance, I live downstairs. Everything is included, just bring your good mood!! It is located close to tourist attractions. Access to a bike path along the St. Lawrence River and a park by the water.

In the heart of Anse de Sainte-Luce, our garden-level apartment offers breathtaking views of the beach and the St. Lawrence River. You will have a recent and equipped kitchenette, a dining room with a view, a closed bedroom with a queen size bed, a living room equipped with a large futon and a bathroom with shower and washer/dryer. Sea-level residence

Really spectacular site. This accommodation is located in the basement. A large window in the kitchen provides light but not a view of the river. You can, however, go out into the yard and have direct access to a long walk along the waterfront. Close to many activities (garden, museum, hiking, skiing). We are on the arts route, lots of art galleries, a few restaurants and bistros and a craft brewery. (no304573)
