The apartment is located at the bottom of my villa, I live upstairs with my fiancé, no children. We are very discreet and never use the pool when there are guests. Mignon Studio Ti' Colibri, quietly and ideally located 2 steps from the Tombolo of Ste Marie, the St James distillery and the banana museum, shops 2 minutes away. The Studio benefits from the trade winds and a beautiful sea and countryside view. Guests can relax in the (shared) pool. The studio is equipped with a kitchen, bathroom with towels, bed linen, A/C, fan, Wi-Fi (fiber), Orange TV, washing machine available on request, beach accessories (mattress, barbecue, cooler etc.)

Close to the beaches, Tartane restaurants (8 min drive), shopping centers, the village of Trinité (3 min drive) and the beach on the other side (5 min walk).
