Our bungalow is located in a green setting 600 meters from the beach. Guests can relax in our pool (non-private). Terrace overlooking the garden and sea view. In Ste Rose you will find the rum museum, its fishing port near the village (visit the mangrove, diving, visit the Grand Cul de Sac marina etc...), the sulfur baths of Sofaia! You will be next to the most beautiful beaches of Guadeloupe: Tillet, Cluny, Grande Anse à Deshaies, and all spared from sargassum!!!

La Kaz du Pêcheur

The Kaz du Pêcheur is a Creole bungalow, ideal for a couple or family with children. Located in Sainte-Rose, on the leeward coast (totally spared by the sargassum), in a green setting, equipped with all the comforts. You will enjoy the independent entrance with shower area for beach returns, the private garden with BBQ and deckchair, and for your moments of relaxation a covered terrace shaded by a vegetable net and a small private pool called here "punch bowl"!

Kaz à Topaze is set in a green setting. Close to the most beautiful beaches of Guadeloupe and 15 km from Deshaies, this cottage is located on the heights of Sainte Rose where you will find all amenities, a convenience store is a 5-minute walk away. Calm reigns there, only the song of the frogs will lull you at night. A welcome dinner aperitif will be offered as well as breakfast the next day for stays of 5 nights or more. Notre Logement de 60 m2, situé dans les hauteurs de Ste Rose, dans un quartier calme et ventilé est composé d une cuisine équipée ouverte sur le salon, de 2 chambres climatisées, une salle d eau double vasques, douche à l italienne et toilettes séparées. Il dispose également d un carbet et son bassin privatifs. Vue mer des Caraïbes, à 2 km des bains soufrés de Sofaïa, des sentiers de randonnée et à 5 km des premières plages sans sargasses….

Relax in this quiet and elegant accommodation, facing the sea in a tropical garden, surrounded by royal palm trees. Small private pool, terrace, equipped kitchen, barbecue. Bedroom with a large queen canopy bed, walk-in shower. All our furniture is teak, and the floors are red wood. The decoration is cocooning, calm and rest are at the rendezvous, being close to the beaches, (the first is a 5-minute walk) Exclusively reserved for adults.

This 30 m2 "Nougat Pistache" cottage, completely independent, is located in the tropical garden of an old Creole house, on the heights of Sainte Rose, 4 km from the village, between sea and mountain, on a 3000 m2 plot. Not overlooked. The pool offers a pool (10 m X 5 m) with a beach of 100 m2. Private and fenced parking. Wi-Fi. Air-conditioned room. Possibility to add a crib. 2 other lodgings (2 and 4 people) within the Creole house.
