Holiday rentals with a hot tub in Saints Constantine and Helena

Vitali's apartment and hospitality made our first visit to Golden Sands, Bulgaria an unforgettable experience. He went above and beyond in order to make sure we had everything we needed and to make sure all of our questions were answered. Seeing and enjoying the perfection of the apartment and the view was unlike any other experience we have ever had. The grounds of La Mer Apartments and the perfect private beach added to the coziness of the apartment and made our vacation even more special and memorable. I would recommend Vitali as a host and this apartment as my first choice everytime, and I can't wait to come back!

The house ist very nice, very good equipment. We felt like home. The communication with Violeta was very easy und uncomplicated. We liked the private feeling and enjoyed our stay in this area.

Абсолютно невероятно! Къщата е като извадена от списание - нова, голяма, модерна, а гледката - уау. Няма по-хубаво чувство от това да се събудиш на тази гледка или да завършваш всеки ден с нея. Шестте спални бяха супер, отопляемият басейн + джакузи - топли и приятни и не много дълбоки. Ние бяхме 10 възрастни и 3 малки деца и за всекиго имаше по нещо - кът за четене на сянка, кът за печене на слънце, място за закачане на бански, прекрасна и огромна дървена маса навън и вътре. Отвън имаше и грил, който функционираше перфектно и въпреки че масата беше на по-малко от метър до него - изобщо не миришеше и пушеше. Кухнята беше голяма и удобна с голям хладилник и допълнителен по-малък за вино. Всяка спалня има собствена тоалетна. Има достатъчно паркоместа, горе и долу. Въпреки че ние бяхме шумни, никой не направи проблем и децата можеха да си викат на воля :). Личи си, че цялата къща е направена и се поддържа с вкус. Комуникацията беше също супер, много мили и отговорни хора! Благодаря!

The house was exactly as described, in a well maintained private complex. The house is spacious and well equipped, we had everything we needed . The pool was very clean, the kids loved it. The closest beach is quite small, but there is a bigger one within less than 10 minutes walking distance. It’s much quieter area than the big resorts, exactly what we were looking for. Danail was very helpful, he gave us lots of infos and tips, where to go, and what to visit. Thanks for everything.

We had a great stay for the New Year’s Eve for a group of ten people. The place is very clean, looks exactly like the photos and is well equipped. The guest is very responsive and also very helpful. We would totally recommend it 10/10 ⭐️

It was a very pleasant stay! The check-in was flexible, we were allowed to do it earlier, we contacted the owners, who awaited us with a very tasty cake. The accommodation is very beautiful, located on a coast, with a sea view, with a swimming pool, jacuzzi and sauna. The house is fully equipped, with everything you need, there is also a separate room for barbecue. In the rooms there are bathrobes that you can use at the pool, enough towels. there is a coffee machine, a dishwasher, as I said fully equipped. Communication with the owners was very easy, and the vacation was very relaxing. We would love to come back! !

Just a great place. It’s just like the pictures, very comfortable, definitely not tight. The host it’s sooo nice, very communicative, respond every time when I reach him. Very very nice place, it’s one of my top list!

Lugar súper tranquilo, con zonas comunes estupendas. estuvimos muy agusto. la habitación muy amplia con terrazas. Goshia es una persona increíble con conversación muy agradable y nos ha indicado los sitios a visitar, donde comer en loa alrededores. Un lugar para pasar unos días maravillosos.

Wir waren eine Freundesgruppe von 14 Personen und haben eine Woche dort Urlaub gemacht! Die Unterkunft bzw. die Anlage war super und wir hatten eine tolle Zeit. Unser Host Constantin war steht’s erreichbar und hilfsbereit und hat regelmäßig nach dem Pool und generell nach der Anlage geschaut. Es war alles sauber, wir haben sogar neue Handtücher bekommen und auch der Pool/ Whirlpool war sauber! Es gab sogar zwei Kühlschränke, eine Eiswürfelmaschine und zwei Herdplatten, was für eine große Gruppe top ist. Man hat eine super Aussicht zum Meer und fußläufig war ein kleiner Laden zu erreichen, welcher grundlegende Lebensmittel und ein Taxi Service hatte. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen.😊

We had a fantastic stay at Ilian's place. Communication from Ilian was incredibly quick and easy and the property was exactly as described. The decor was very trendy and the place was spacious and very clean. The pool and hot tub were great and the peaceful location meant that it was very quiet and relaxing. We'd definitely recommend staying here and can't wait to come back!

The views were amazing and we enjoyed our time. The house is beautifully decorated and designed - it is gorgeous and a jewel. We enjoyed the deck on the 3rd floor. So private and enjoyable. Also the terrace and the view from there is amazing and the design is so thoughtful! You just should plan to bring a couple of things extra that I was used to find at the Airbnb - like dishwasher tablets, dish soap, spices, trash bags, … No problem if you know to bring. We had some people partying in front of of the house in the middle of the night so we needed to close the windows. Great spot, I understand.

Nice and big place for a group of friends. You have anything you would want from an airbnb. AC, 2 fridges, fully equipped kitchen, barbecue, lots of space to hang around. Very private. We even listened to loud music outside because there was no one we could bother. Be careful how you get there, waze and maps will try to route you on some narrow, dead-end and bad streets. The place is just off the main road, easy to find, but the navigation apps gave us headaches. I would recommend to visit in the summer so you can enjoy the pool, but even in cold weather you can enjoy the house.

The vila matches the description, great view, very clean, large tarrace, with grill and jacuzzi. Every room has its own bathroom, and there is an extra bathroom at the ground level. Large living with fully equipped kitchen. Dalin is an excelent host, very polite, helpful and prompt. Overall, we had an excelent stay!
