It has a drum-type washing machine with a drying function, so it is convenient for long-term stays. It is on the second floor of a three-story building, and you will use the entire floor. There is also a desk that can be used for remote work and studying. There is a projector, so you can enjoy YouTube and movies on a big screen. It is very convenient because you can go to a large supermarket, drug store, fast food store, 100-yen store, post office, and money exchange shop in 1-2 minutes on foot. You can get to Urawa Misono Station, Saitama Stadium, Meijiro University, and Higashi-Chikagaguchi Station on a single bus ride. Omiya Station and Kasukabe Station are also 10 minutes away by train, providing good access to the Saitama Super Arena, Kawagoe, Railway Museum, Tobu Zoo, Skytree, and Shinjuku, Ikebukuro, Shibuya, and Ueno.
