On our family estate passed down for generations, we renovated an inkyo (a traditional Japanese retirement dwelling) into this home. 1,000 sq m is exclusively yours: 600 sq m lawn, wooden deck, and multipurpose room — shared with no one. The house was built in 2005 but the first floor was partially renovated in October 2024. There is an outside deck that has panoramic ocean views. Bedding is one queen, one double and two single beds. There is also a futon mattress if needed (not super comfy). The house is in a residential area so refrain from making loud noise especially after dark. Being surrounded by nature near the ocean, you may occasionally encounter seasonal insects outdoors, particularly around lights at night.
