We are renting out a newly built owner's home in 2025.Limited to one group per day (up to two adults).The first floor is the owner's warehouse, but no one except guests will enter the building during their stay.It is located in a quiet residential area.You can relax and enjoy your time in a private space. The nearest station, Kita-Kamakura, is conveniently located just 20 minutes by train from Yokohama and one stop from the ancient capital of Kamakura.It is a 7-minute walk on a flat road from the station. Free parking is available.Parking is available before check-in and after check-out. Ten minutes walk to Enkakuji Temple in Kamakura Gozan, 20 minutes to Kencho-ji Temple.You can also go hiking from the back mountain to the Kamakura Alps.There are several nice restaurants nearby. There is a kitchen, washing machine (no drying function) and a theater room, so you can have a comfortable stay even for long stays. Guests staying 3 nights or more can also use the work room. Whether you are here for sightseeing, workation, or a stay, you can enjoy the seasons, history, and cuisine of Kita-Kamakura in a convenient location.
