Had a great stay. Place was exactly as it looked in the photos and even smelled amazing! Sihem was very kind and always responsive. Would highly recommend staying here.

Very very nice design apartment with everything you need, ideal for couples. Quiet area, not very close to main city center attractions (but taxi will get you there easily), but closer to Sidi Bou Said, Carthage, Marsa. Supermarkets and money exchange are close, you can get there by foot. Definitely recommended, especially for travellers that intend to rent cars.

we had a great stay the mall is just in front of the resistance no need for a car to eat or shop. Every time I go down to Tunis, I drop off my suitcases there. I highly recommend this beautiful apartment.

I had a fantastic stay in this apartment. The location is incredibly convenient—right next to all the key spots in Tunis, a large mall for essentials, and a secure residence that felt safe at all hours. Inside, the flat is modern, tastefully furnished, and spotless; it was also remarkably quiet. The basement parking space (easily reached by elevator) is right by the entrance and large enough for any car, which made coming and going hassle-free. The view from the living room is stunning, especially after dark. Check-in and checkout were seamless, and the host’s communication was great throughout. I’m already planning to return next month—highly recommended!

There are places where you put down your suitcases, and others where you leave a little of yourself. It is one of those rare places where you feel, from the 1st minutes, perfectly well. Everything is thought with an almost invisible care, but deeply felt: the ironing board waits in silence, the iron ready to smooth the folds of the trip... The dishwasher lightens the gestures of everyday life, the washing machine, the drying rack, the hair dryer, Nothing is missing, everything is there, simply, as an evidence. And everywhere, this view, the sea, always present, can be contemplated from every corner of the house, even when you are sitting on the toilet, like a living painting that changes over the hours. It is a cocoon of calm and harmony, a benevolent refuge where you can savor every moment. Thank you for this so delicately prepared place, where everything invites you to slow down, breathe, and feel at home. We had a wonderful time at this condo—it was clean, well-equipped, and had a very cozy atmosphere. The host was responsive, and everything we needed was provided. The space works especially well for couples looking for a relaxing getaway. The only minor downside was the open layout of the unit, which made it a bit less private as I was with my friend. If you’re looking for a place with more separation between living and sleeping areas, this might not be the best fit for groups. That said, for couples or solo travelers, it’s perfect! Overall, a great stay, and we’d happily return!
