The apartment is the same as the photos posted, very nice and comfortable. Excellent location on Chichipe beach. Sebastian was attentive to quickly answering my questions.

We loved our apartment in Punta Centinela! Check-in and check-out were super flexible and hassle-free. Our host was incredibly kind and helpful, always willing to help us with anything we needed. The apartment was very well located, in a beautiful and quiet area. The building staff was very friendly and helpful, which made our stay even more enjoyable. In short, an excellent experience from start to finish. Totally recommended!

I traveled as a family (5) the apartment is very nice, as shown in the photos, it had all the comforts to feel at home, the accommodation included a safe parking lot for our vehicle, we also had access to the pool of the building, it is 3 blocks from the beach which makes it perfect to be able to walk and in turn avoid the noise of the malecón area. Quiet, safe area. We loved the apartment, we look forward to returning soon.

Sergio's apartment is perfect, well finished, well distributed, well maintained. The location of the best of Salinas, in front of Chichipe beach. You cross the street and you're on the beach, the building provides you with chairs and umbrellas. The A/C works well, the kitchen is beautiful, it has everything you need, the refrigerator is perfect. Impeccable bathrooms, spacious and good showers. And Sergio's intervention, the perfect one, is available and pending, everything is explained from the beginning, without the need to look for it additionally. In his apartment I felt at home and I am a very delicate guest with my hosts but also demanding in my tastes. I would return without thinking! And I recommend it if you travel as a family and want to have a perfect, calm and very comfortable time.

The house is beautiful, spacious and has everything you need to spend a great weekend with family or friends. The development is very organized, clean, safe and has a social club with access to a private beach. The club has 2 large pools where you can appreciate the sea and has 3-4 heated jacuzzis to relax, they offer a very varied menu in the restaurant and they also have cocktails. Eduardo is super attentive to any need or request, very kind. Highly recommended, we really enjoyed it as a family.

I had an excellent experience in this apartment in Salinas. It is very well located, close to the beach, restaurants and supermarkets, which made our stay very much easier.
