Holiday rentals with beach access in Salinas

Great place for a weekend get away as its central to Salinas. Would come again.

What an honor it was to be her first AirBnB guests! Marta was so welcoming and receptive; she made us feel right at home. Thanks to her responsiveness to our inquiries, our surprise trip was a huge success. Things to keep in mind when staying here: This place is an older residence, but it worked for our purposes. - There is only AC in one of the bedrooms, but all the rooms have windows that are easy to operate (the wind may cause doors to slam) - She has a couple of fenced-in guard dogs (they do stop barking after the first night) - It's located right on the beach. With the doors and windows open all the time, you will have to deal with indoor pests like ants, mosquitoes and gnats (but she does include bug spray in the bathroom to keep the bites down) - The kitchen is sparse, but she does provide a burner for cooking - The view is better than the pictures If we had to do it all over again, we would choose to stay here again.

Excelente lugar. Si buscas un lugar tranquilo pero accesible, este es el lugar. Me encantó la experiencia. Muy buena la host, con su hospitalidad. Me encantó la terraza para leer un rato y despejar la mente.

This is a nice big spot. I would say it’s big enough for at least four people. We’re only three but we had a really good time in Arroyo and Patillias. I recommend this air bnb

It was a great time at Edwin’s. It’s in a great location for anyone visiting Salinas or the surrounding area. The pool was clean and perfect even at night. I highly recommend it

Nos quedamos en familia con una bebe que le encantó los juguetes que tenían. La casa queda muy cerca de un centro comercial y del albergue olimpico que fue donde visitamos. Nos encantó el lugar. Lo recomiendo.

I fell in LOVE with this property. You are paying for the views of the SUNRISES, and they are worth every penny! The home is simple, but the beach and views of the mountains are SO BEAUTIFUL. The beach in front of the home has rock reef so you can’t swim in the ocean right there, but the tides cause little pools full of nature (anenomes, urchins, hermit crabs, little crabs, tiny fishes) and we LOVED observing all the beautiful nature in that little ecosystem. We also saw manatee’s on the other side of the rock reef! A 15-20min beach walk to the left and there are sandybeach to ocean swim. I rec water shoes (rocks/sea urchins) There are two homes on the same property that share VERY NICE POOL, basketball court + beach access. Home was VERY CLEAN. The kitchen cabinets are aging, but the granite countertops are in great condition. No screens on the windows, so we couldn’t sleep with windows open which I would have loved. AC was plenty cold.

Surprisingly perfect destination! Private selective location, cozy stay + all needed supply’s & attractions nearby. Personal touch in details, also very resourceful hosting. Definitely a reschedule ahead… There are many good reasons to go back at Coco Beach

We really enjoyed our stay at Lulu’s place! The house was very clean, the beds were comfortable, and the outdoor space was cozy with absolutely beautiful views. The hot tub was definitely a highlight and made for a perfect way to unwind. The local restaurants Lulu recommended were fantastic—great food that matched her descriptions perfectly, and the sunsets from both the house and the restaurants were unreal. This was such a relaxing getaway, which was exactly what we needed. We truly enjoyed every part of our stay and would definitely come back. Thanks, Lulu!

The patio and pool are wonderful. There is not a lot of cooking tools I.e no baking sheets or measuring cups. If you are looking to prepare meals you will need to bring or buy disposable baking items. There are many roosters in the area which did make a lot of noise throughout the night. Hector was available to quickly answer questions & home owner was accommodating to our need to possibly cancel.

Excelente alojamiento para despejar la mente y pasar tiempo de calidad en familia. Sin duda lo recomiendo. Todo tal cual las imagenes, limpio y ordenado.
