Great space, corresponds with the advertised, great location, quiet and comfortable place, for those who like wind is the ideal, as the house spends 24 hours well with the wind of the beach. The ease and practicality of accessing the house is a great differential. Super recommend!!

Our stay at Ricardo's place in the Condomínio Raízes was simply exceptional. Since first contact, Ricardo has been shown to be an extremely kind, attentive and quick host in the responses, which has given us a lot of security and confidence. The house has a welcoming atmosphere, family and very well cared for, that has conquered our whole family. Each detail reveals special care: the environment is impeccably clean, fragrant and with a standard of quality that honestly resembles high-level accommodations in Europe or the United States — something rare to find even here in Brazil. It was a perfect experience in all aspects, and we will no doubt return whenever possible. I highly recommend it to everyone looking for comfort, good taste and above-average service.

The Cleide district is marvellous, she and her Jean are wonderful amphitronos, made us feel at home even, the space is extremely beautiful and comfortable, very close to the torch and the central market, we will certainly come back more times

We love the exclusive resort experience. Water Park is great. It's brand new and well-maintained. The room was very clean, there were sheets, quilt and towels available. Everything white. Towels are changed daily for free by the hotel. In the kitchen there is only microwave, sink, small minibar, fork,knife, spoon, plates and glasses. Light bush, detergent, towel, and cups, if you make a point. In the region food prices are high, I recommend making a purchase before arriving. The location of the nearest beach is 2.7km away. I tried to give information that I found useful. At the most I loved! I found the place mto nice and comfortable. 10/10. Lilia is super accessible and was very honest with me. It would surely come back!

Excellent accommodation, one of the best I've ever used, they were incredible days, it wasn't the first time I've stayed there and it certainly won't be the last!

Our stay was great, the place is really small but it meets our need well since we did not travel to stay inside the ap all the time. The only thing we missed was a television, especially for my parents who are older and like to watch newspaper and soap opera in the morning and evening, is the suggestion but the place is very quiet and familiar, the pool is great, my son has enjoyed a lot

Great condo. Efficient room service. Comfortable and cozy apartment, with a beautiful view of the coconut grove, we watch the sunrise and the moon as well. Adelina is a great host. We'll definitely be back.
