On the ground floor of the house, there is a garage area and a games with snooker and foosball, with a toilet. On the first floor, there is a social area with a kitchenette, a living room with a fireplace measuring 78m2 and two bathrooms. The private area consists of three suites and a mezzanine. Outside, we have a garden and leisure area with a swimming pool and even a wood-burning oven and barbecue grill.
