This is a one bedroom basement apartment, with its own private space and entrance! WE DO LIVE UPSTAIRS FULL-TIME. (this is our home and some noise/footsteps should be expected) We’re conscious of our guests and keep quiet. The home is located in a safe cul-de-sac with plenty of street parking. The Apartment features a fully stocked kitchen, bathroom, Queen bed, Huge TV, and a large living room space. Make yourself at home in the spacious backyard including a basketball court and swing set.

The space is a duplex in which I live on one side and am always willing to provide recommendations or anything you may need, but the apartment is completely separate, so you can relax in privacy.

A short walk through the neighborhood with beautiful homes from different income levels leads to a streamside walk through City Creek Canyon or a walk to City Creek Park that leads directly into the beautiful downtown area.
