Swimming pool enabled from Nov 1 to April 15. It is occasionally shared with another property that I have on the property.

Very spacious and comfortable apartment , one of the seven apartments that were made in an old typical house in Salta, with patio and cistern. It has a recognition plaque of the Historical Heritage Commission. The apartment is made new: bathroom, kitchen, floor openings etc. It is located one block from the main street, downtown area near the river, waterfront, restaurants, pubs, etc. There are bus lines from there to the thermal baths, university, shopping-terminal.
