Biggest Apartment with 75 square meters - fully equipped and perfect for a family with kids or 2-5 people. The Apartment offers a great panoramic view, is very big and well equipped - Enjoy it and have fun! In summer and winter high season we only rent for 7 nights, in low season also for 3 nights. Please notice that we charge € 10,00 per day as a short stay fee if you stay under 5 nights. Tourism tax is € 3,50 per adult/per day to pay in cash. You DEFINITELY need a CAR to visit/book our place.

Great place to stay in any season. It is especially suitable for families with children.

From the two balconies you have a wonderful view to the mountains and you can see the sunset. A restaurant and a bakery are just 500 m from here. The apartment is perfectly suitable for business travellers, couples, musicians, families or single travellers. For children you find a playground, a table tennis table, pedal karts and a nearby farm.

From this centrally located accommodation, you can walk to the old town of Salzburg within 10 minutes. A bus stop is 100 m away. The apartment is 28 square meters and is generously divided. The bathroom has a shower, double sink, towel dryer, hairdryer and illuminated cosmetic mirror. The apartment is on the 2nd floor, an elevator is available. A carport parking space can be rented separately, otherwise a parking space is available depending on availability.

Our garden studios overlooking the idyllic courtyard, private entrance and direct access to the guest garden (until 7:00 pm) are perfect for all nature lovers. Our studios accommodate 2 people and offer plenty of comfort: air conditioning, black-out curtains, venetian blinds, WiFi, smart TV and an open bathroom with extra large washbasin and a separate toilet. Our special Matador Lodges are located near Lake Chiemsee. In addition to four exclusive apartments in the villa, the lodge offers four individually furnished tiny houses as well as a spa cube with sauna in the surrounding 7,000 square meter grounds. From the pond and garden house to the tree house at a height of five meters, all tiny houses are grouped around the natural pond in the park and the main house.
