Holiday rentals with a patio in Samal Island

For the second time, I truly enjoyed my stay here! 💗 The place is just as lovely and cozy as I remembered—clean, comfortable, and with such a welcoming atmosphere that instantly makes you feel at home. A special shoutout to our amazing host! She’s incredibly responsive, friendly, and always ready to help with anything we needed. Her kindness and hospitality made the whole experience even more wonderful. I wouldn’t hesitate to come back again. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a peaceful and hassle-free stay. Friendly and accommodating host. Place generally clean. Few issues like there's no soap and shampoo but this is very minor. I think I will have no issue staying at this place again.

It was a great place to stay. All the things we need are provided except for the tissue which is one of the most important things for me when going in a condo or hotel. But overall, I like the place. I felt comfortable.

I originally booked a different unit, but due to a technical issue, I was transferred to another one in the same building — and honestly, I couldn’t be happier with how it turned out. The unit met all my basic needs: it’s safe, clean, and very comfortable. The bed is cozy, and the place has pretty much everything you might need for a short or even extended stay. Just a heads-up for future guests: bring your own toothbrush and toothpaste. They weren’t provided during my stay. Not a big deal for me since I always pack mine, but it might be something to note. Linens, pillows (a bit flat) and comforter were all clean and smelled fresh. There’s a vacuum, broom, iron, and ironing board as well. Also, plenty of extra mattresses and toilet paper. The host was very responsive and proactive, and the check-in/check-out process was super smooth. Water pressure in the shower was great too. Overall, a solid stay and I'd definitely book again.

Vivian's place is pretty and comfortable house to stay in. She and Arnel the caretaker is very responsive and kind. The place is in safe and secure location, close to the airport, wet market and mall. Fully air-conditioned rooms, free wifi and netflix tv. You can cook too and microwave is handy as well. My family had a great time in their accommodation, except when it was raining there is a sewage smell which is also the community's problem. Thank you Viv and Arnel, we'll see you next time😊

This was my first time booking on Airbnb, and I couldn’t be happier with my choice. Clarity Chaire’s space was simply wonderful. The accommodation was exactly as described, and everything was spotless and well-organized. Me and my friends were thoroughly impressed with the comfort and amenities provided. If you’re looking for a private pool on Samal island, this is the perfect place! Clean and spacious, it can nicely fit 10 people and matched greatly the Airbnb description. Federico was also very responsive and great host. Nearest restaurant is probably 800 meters away and closes at 8pm so best to bring your own food if you don’t have your own transportation on the island. Overall it was a relaxing stay!

We had a great stay. Everything was smooth from start to finish. The place is cozy, clean, and exactly what we needed for a quick getaway. Sofia was really accommodating and responsive, which made things super easy. Definitely a spot I’d recommend.
