Hot and cold water. There is a full kitchen next to the apartment for cooking any dishes. There is also an exit to the attic where the bedroom and beds are located. The area is interesting because the indigenous population of Samarkand lives here with their own traditions and customs. Architectural monuments and attractions of our ancient city are not far away.

Well located condo was renovated in February 2024 ( 115 m2) There are 3 large rooms: 1 bedroom, 1 cabinet (office) 1 large living room with sofa ( folding bed), and balcony with wonderful view The convenient location of the home allows you to easily get to the most popular sights of Samarkand.
