Greatest location in the Forest, Didveli ski road is so close to the apartment. Apartment building is so modern and well designed, we got beautiful forest view. place is very calming and peaceful.

In general the apartment is great and beautiful to stay in, so is the Management mate Eka. She's doing a great job and is very helpful. At time of arrival the host became unfriendly and unpolite. George didn't let us talk at all on the (many) phones calls & messages we did with him and only shut on us that it's his mistake and he's sorry but he has to charge us more now & wanted to cancel the reservation if we don't pay more. He repeated his self many times without listening to us. When we said that we'd only pay the price that we booked his apartment for on airbnb he said, he put the wrong price in Airbnb for 2 persons and charged us additional money in cash after check in (even though it's HIS mistake, not ours) so we couldn't check in for 1,5h and sit outside trying to figure out with him. In the end without the hidden price increase we had a great stay and lovely time in Borjomi and Bakuriani and want to thank you very much. All the best to you, George.

For those who want to ride diddedi, the location is excellent, the nearest hotel is from the mountain. We liked everything, thank you.

The apartment is located in a ski resort. It's off season and very quiet. Nothing is working. Check-in through the reception. It was cool and there were not enough spoons/forks, Oksana contacted the reception and after 5 minutes they brought a heater and everything you need. The apartment is clean and quite cozy. 2 separate bedrooms, small living room

Wat a great place. Parking in front of the house,centrally located but not noizy during the night. Borjomi is a nice village and offers many good opportunities to see Vardzia and Rabati castle. Ruso thanks for a great stay!

excellent place in the heart of nature, conducive to walks and hikes, a real bowl of oxygen. Excellent apartment! We had some problems but thanks to the excellent communication with Nukri (the manager) it was settled within the hour. It should be noted that the place is rather family-friendly! Special mention to the Lika manager!👍

The apartment is very clean and warm. Good water pressure. Lovely linen and towels. Spacious - it's convenient to gather on the slope. Didveli is within 15 minutes walking distance, but there is also a free bus from the city every 15 minutes if you start :) it is also convenient to go to the city, but the hotel staff are not aware of this and offer only taxis.

Me and my wife decided to stay at Beka's place over New Years, to relax, recharge and go Snowboarding. The hotel's spa was unfortunately closed, but Beka was super cooperative and we found a way, that worked out for both parties and enabled us to still have a very pleasant and relaxing weekend! Communication was amazing and the place itself was very clean and had everything, that one needs for a couple of days! We really enjoyed out stay and would definitely recommend staying with Beka!

It was a great experience to stay in this apartment, everything was as described.

Great apartment with an amazing view and quiet neighbourhood, we loved it. The house is in the center of the village, there are a lot of cafes and shops around. There were difficulties with the wifi, but the mobile internet has excellent speed in this area, so it was not a big problem. If you need wifi very much, it is better to write Manana in advance.

Good location and nice view. You can see the snow mountains from the room. The hosts are very nice, too. We met the water supply problems here which is caused by the water company, not the hotel . And they gave us a discount. Thanks a lot.
