Thanks to Khun Bing for her friendly guidance, always responsive and welcoming. Flexible also allowing an early check-in. If you want a taste of the real Bangkok with easy access to the touristy Bangkok you can't go wrong. A real local experience, will stay again.

Such a great house, beautifully refurbished. The fact that each room has an attached bathroom is great, unlike a lot of places with common bathrooms. We were 9 people (4 couples and 1 single) and the rooms were perfect for us. We spent the first 20 mins just admiring the rooms and the work she's put into it. Well stocked kitchen. Working fridge and AC's. Sizeable living room. Its also very close to some wonderful restaurants. I recommend Sortrel Restaurant(6 minute walk from her house. EXCELLENT place, with live music, open air and really good food) Makro hypermarket is also walkable which is great for home/grocery shopping. All in all, this is a good stay for large groups, be it friends or families. Peaceful residential locality, easy to get cabs, with restaurants and within walking distance.

入住不是很方便，便利店也有段距离。但是房间特别干净！温馨！有当地特色！

这次的民宿体验堪太棒了！房间布置超温馨，每一处细节都透 露着老板的用心，床品柔软舒适，一夜好眠，公寓卫生都是非常的干净整洁。公共区域还有绿植， 闲暇时坐在门口也不错，这家民宿，布置具有独特的风格，每个房间都有不一样主题，木质家具搭配复古装饰，氛围感拉满，和电影里一样。房间采光很好，清晨阳光洒进来，心情都格外舒畅。民宿老板娘还提供的早餐泰国芒果糯米饭，非常好吃，感觉像在家一样自在，服务更是没得说，老板娘热情周到，想体验马杀鸡，我和同事都没有line，需要预约，老板娘很热心帮我预约啦，下雨天还步行送我们过去，店铺关门啦，又给我们推荐另外一个，又步行带我们去，非常的耐心体贴，老板娘也很温柔，真的是体验超级好，必须5星好评，如果还去泰国，还是会继续入住

Very nice and cozy apartment. Host responses fast and good service. The location was perfect and nice to have restaurants and shops nearby, especially with BTS two minutes walk.

The house is very good and has clean beds and linens. The house has excellent laundry equipment. The host is very gracious, responsive and provides many good amenities. It is a good value.

Apinun was a very great Host, always replied very fast, was very friendly and had great instructions for surrounding places. The place was perfectly as I imagined it and matched the description/ pictures. 10/10 definitely recommend

The place was really clean and well maintained! The whole place felt very cozy and the hosts were extremely accomodating, they had switched out the sofa bed with a queen bed making the stay extra comfy for our group of 6! The hosts were very responsive when we couldnt figure out how to get in at night.

Check in was easy, instructions was clear and many street food around the place. We had a great experience here.

This is a stunning and exceptionally well-equipped Airbnb! It’s even more beautiful in person than in the photos — spotlessly clean and clearly very well maintained. The amenities and appliances provided are excellent — everything you need to feel truly at home. The host is incredibly responsive, kind, and helpful. We’ve stayed in several Airbnbs in Bangkok, and this one is by far our favourite. I honestly have nothing to fault. If you’re considering staying here — do it! You’ll love it.

一进房门被惊艳到的是客厅光洁的大理石地板，说实话，感觉比家里的地板都干净！卫生间也很通风透气干爽无异味，花洒是美标的，洗发露是欧莱雅家的，看得出房东是个注重细节的人。楼上是木地板，感觉很温馨。别墅位置也很好，出了别墅区就是大型商场，还有宜家家居，可以逛上半天。感谢房东小姐姐周到热情的服务，车辆安排也很准时到位，司机服务态度很好。总之给五星评价都不带半点夸张，也给愉快的旅行增加几分兴奋感，谢谢！下次还选你家哦！

Great place, nice outside shower and yoga studio next door

Leah was extremely friendly and attentive and communicates well, this entire stay was a breeze from start to finish in a great place. The house is very large. There is easily space for 8 adults (2 in each room) with their own bedrooms and bathrooms. Everything is still new, modern and functions as you would expect. While the house itself lacks a little bit of that "homey" feeling, it nonetheless is genuinely a great place to stay. This is especially true if you're a group of multiple smaller families or a group of friends as each floor contains 1 or 2 bedrooms that are insolated quite well from one another. The rooms themselves are spacious too. The common area is functional and comfortable but does not necessarily invite you to stay around for a long time. It is still Bangkok however so why would you even want to, get outside! Considering the location is quite centrally located and quiet, this is the perfect base from which to explore multiple areas of Bangkok.

My daughter family love this house very much, they want to visit and stay in next year, thank you for the cleanness and super convenience and warm welcome. Recommend everyone to stay here.

Very nice and comfy house. It’s safe, beautiful and quiet. Better to have a car because there’s no nearby shops or cafes. Perfect place to work from home

バンコク内で希少な4ベッドルームの一軒家でした。立地が抜群に良く、BTSのプラカノン駅から徒歩3分の距離にあります。建物は3階建で1階には広いリビングダイニングキッチンがあり優雅にくつろぐことができました。2階の2ベッドルームにはそれぞれシャワーとトイレがありますが、3階の2部屋のシャワーとトイレは共用でしたので、各部屋にあればなお良かったです。洗濯機に物干しスペースも充実していました。前の道路は交通量が少なく、バンコクの煩いバイクの音などは家の中まではあまり聞こえてこなかったです。メッセージのレスポンスも早く、不安を感じることはありませんでした。またバンコクに行く際には泊まってみたいと思える家でした。

i personally love the place! would definitely book again if i have a chance to. not to mention the great hosts :))
