Second time staying here, and we loved it. The view is amazing, and the apartment is nice, and comfortable. The location is perfect, and a nice walking distance to great restaurants and the beach! We would definitely stay here again!

My experience was excellent. The place not only met, but exceeded my expectations: very quiet, with all the necessary amenities and an incredible view of the sea. Ideal for resting, relaxing and disconnecting from the daily pace. In addition, the host was super friendly and attentive at all times, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The condominium is very nice, very clean, tidy, there was a restaurant in the pool and there was an accurate bar, we had a very good time. We had a great time. We were in Tania's house, the house is perfect, it has everything you need and access to the beach is easy and you can jump to other nearby condominiums, everything is very good!

Gustavo is an excellent host, he gave us quite clear and accurate information, he was aware of our needs and his treatment is very friendly, his apartment has everything you need and the comforts to spend a quiet stay, the place is well distributed, organized and impeccable, it has a beautiful view towards the beach and you can rest listening to the sea, we had a great time and we love it. The stay was amazing. The place is right in front of the sea, with a spectacular view that is enjoyed from any corner. Everything was clean, well equipped and very cozy. Also, the host was very friendly and responsive throughout our entire visit. I would definitely come back!

We stayed during my son's marriage and it was a wonderful experience. The house was spacious, very clean, with lawn, swimming pool and a spectacular ocean view. Mr. Alejandro and his assistant were very helpful and kind. Ideal for special moments. Recommended!

Quiet place, clean. Ideal for a good time as a family.

The condominium and apartment are in excellent condition, well maintained and equipped for a comfortable and pleasant stay. A real pleasure to arrive at a place like this. The kitchen is very well equipped, with an excellent refrigerator with ice and water dispenser, filtered coffee maker and more. The TVs have streaming apps enabled (I used Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, and Disney+ without any problems), and the sound systems are of very good quality. The décor and furnishings create a welcoming vibe. The condominium works impeccably, with operational facilities, well-maintained pools and a practical restaurant. Some details to consider: parking is somewhat tight (Toyota Rav4 with 20 cm margin per side). On weekends there are more people, but the use control in the family pool allows rotation and good access. I'd like to highlight the communication with Giancarlo, always attentive and quick to respond. In short, an excellent stay in a beautiful place.

The apartment is cozy, all tidy and clean. Only the coffee pot and the bulkheads should be fixed. The sea exit at night is dark the way. Hence everything is very helpful from the security that works to the owner.

Alfredo is a good host, the house inside the condominium as described, first line of Puerto Viejo beach, tidy and clean, although strict in the rules of coexistence. The maintenance workers are very friendly and correct. would go again

Our stay at Ymelda's apartment was excellent. It's the last condominium built and looked like a premiere apartment. It included clean sheets, hair dryer that made it easier for us to logistical. My girls had a lot of fun and there was always a cordial and permanent communication with Ymelda if we had any questions. Thank you and we will definitely consider this option for next summer :).

Everything is great. The location is perfect, right in front of the beach. The apartment is spacious, comfortable and well-equipped. Very good service and the best: the communication was impeccable, clear and fast at all times. Highly recommended!
