I had a great stay at this. The location was excellent—convenient and close to everything I needed. The property itself was clean, well-maintained, and had all the amenities I was looking for. The host was friendly, responsive, and made the check-in process easy. Overall, a very comfortable and hassle-free experience. I’d definitely stay here again!

My family had a great time during our stay. The room is located right in front of the pool area, which made it very convenient and relaxing. We also enjoyed the fresh air, as the place is near the mountains. Ms. Rose was very responsive and thoughtful she constantly checked in to see if we needed anything. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. Highly recommended!

Great place to stay, sobrang accomodating ni ms. Jho. Even though kahit busy siya, may time pa rin siya to assist us. Will definitely book this place again once nagkita kami ng partner ko.

I like the place it’s private and the are location is quiet with ample parking. Things I like about the place - two bathrooms and shower. If you have elderly companions they can sleep in a floor mattress in the ground floor and will still have access to the bathroom separated from the second floor one. - One TV with Netflix per floor if you need to watch - 24/7 grocery and cafe walking distance and a 7-11 that accessible 5 minutes by car. - there a pool and restaurant nearby accessible for a fee - there’s a nice highly rated restaurant in the same area that’s walkable (was not able to try through) The unit has cooking utensils, wine glasses, cork screw and even cheese cutter and board. - host provided a water dispenser with water. Things that can be improved but still okay - AC is cool but not as cold as I would have wanted but it’s also because it was really hot during our stay. The room was still cold and you will not sweat unless you are used to really cold AC.

Ate Lina is very welcoming and accommodating as a host. The place is also clean and free from flies. The AC is superb and cools the room very quickly. Velvet and comforters are also provided aside from the usual linen as "kumot." Very nice place, definitely worth your money.

The family is incredibly friendly and helpful, especially Onassis and his wife. They went above and beyond, assisting us with water, transportation, and even laundry – offering their washing machine. Another helpful woman, whose name we didn't catch, also assisted us. We easily obtained cooking supplies from their store and a nearby market. The house is stunning, well-maintained, and equipped with everything we needed. We were so grateful and felt right at home. As a group of friends on an adventure, this experience has raised the bar for future Airbnb stays. Highly recommended! We will definitely book this house again on our next visit.

Sharing some love for Rosey’s Place! From the seamless communication with the host to the easy check-in process, everything was a breeze. The property's spaciousness was perfect for our group of 11, and the kitchen had all the essentials, making meal prep a delight. The cozy atmosphere made us feel right at home. Virginia's place in Olongapo is one of those that I would consider a hidden gem. Upon arriving, we were greeted warmly by the caretaker and we're shown to the place, which was clean, and looks and smells brand new, or at least maintained so greatly that it looks like it. Security was well established as the parking below was gated and only the caretaker and the tenants has keys to enter. We loved the interior so much that we've decided to use the photos we took as inspiration for our ongoing house construction. The cherry on top? We spent an afternoon playing with Bella, their resident corgi. I can even say that we might return just so we can visit Bella. Definitely a must visit for any staycation within the Subic/Olongapo area.

We had a great time! Kumpleto ang gamit sa kitchen. Even ang comfort rooms maganda, malinis and may toiletries din.

This Airbnb was an excellent choice for our prenup trip! It has a wide parking space, which is great if you’re bringing a car. The place is in a private and safe area, so we felt very secure the whole time. Sir Jojo is thoughtful and accommodating, which really made the stay even better! The house is clean, cozy and really feels like home. It has a kitchen where you can cook your own meals and everything you need is provided. It’s also convenient, just a short drive to Mapanuepe lake and the local wet market is only about 10 mins away. Highly recommended if you’re planning to visit the lake!

Great place for family bonding. Quiet and private neighborhood. Experienced seeing a troop of monkeys, which was a treat for the kids and adults alike. Thank you for a friendly and welcoming staff.

The Sangley Nests (all four of them, Tuki Umi Eiwa Mango) were absolutely beautifully outfitted and spotlessly clean. They are decorated lovingly and feel like real homes, unlike lots of AirBnBs which feel more like sterile businesses. The coffee and peanut butter and bread were wonderful, and the calamansi juice!! So good. Also lovely to find a little carton of milk in the fridge for coffee. The lanai and yard are beautiful and such a nourishing place to spend time. Thank you, Tamara, for making this a wonderful place to take a break!

This place is so spacious and perfect for groups. The bathrooms were so clean and we love the free toiletries. We did give feedback about hoping to have additional deeper pots for cooking soups, and biggert trash bins to organize trash. Nevertheless, the rolms were comfy, the AC's were cool and the place was comfy. All in all it was a lovely stay. We loved the freebiea and

My cousins and I had a very lovely stay at TAV! Apart from the gorgeous interiors and pool, the place was well equipped with everything we could ever need—so much so that we spent more time at the villa than the beach 🤣. But I’d say that the highlight of our whole stay were the hosts, Christopher and Czarina, as well as their whole staff. Every step of the process, from booking to check-out, was such a breeze. The hosts were very prompt and thorough with their responses whenever we had questions and were also very accomodating throughout our stay. Likewise, their housekeeping team members were very helpful and sweet. We really appreciated the warm hospitality that they made us feel throughout our trip. Overall, we had such a blast and we’d love to be back! Thanks again to the TAV team for making our first trip to San Felipe very memorable 🙂

I felt very secure, and the place was very quiet and peaceful and walkable with no problems whatsoever, I felt comfortable with my Host Carlo!, I will definitely stay here again!

Louie is probably one of the best hosts we have encountered so far! He went above and beyond for me and my family during our stay that made the experience memorable. Our stay at Guz's place was comfortable and transaction was straightforward. Check-in and check-out went smoothly. New sheets and towels were provided. The kitchen was well equipped that we were able to reheat and cook food during our stay. The AC in the living room and bedroom was in good condition, a must in this summer heat. Sleeping arrangement was adequate for our group of 8. It was a pleasure staying in his place.

The place was as good as advertised. Didn't have any issues checking in or out. The unit was clean, cool and prepared nicely before we arrived. Amenities were also complete. The host, Jen, was able to respond to all my follow-up questions. We had some issues with the wi-fi connection as it would intermittently disconnect from time to time or become too slow but this is more likely due to the service provider. Probably the only downside to the experience is you'd have to definitely bring along your own vehicle in order to reach the Beach and Nature club, which is quite some distance from the unit. There's a shuttle service, but you'd have to pay for it separately. This isn't the host's fault, of course, just something to consider when booking a stay here. Also, tried looking for Netflix app on the TV but couldn't find any installed or maybe I missed it? It would be nice to have that as entertainment rather than cable tv. Anyway, that's just a recommendation for the host.

It was a very nice place to stay in. Unit is comfortable with more than enough amenities. Basic toiletries and towels were provided. Comfort room had heated toilet seats and a bath tub. Kitchen has a working microwave/oven. Built in water purifier for drinking available. Items such as rice cooker, hair dryer, and oil/salt/pepper had to be requested but were provided. My family had a very good time in this place.
