Controlled access. NO parties or noisy gatherings are allowed out of respect for the other people in the other condominiums. For the building's safety, the use of charcoal grills is not allowed.

No car is needed to enjoy the surroundings on foot. The house is completely new (2024) and ready to enjoy. The pool is now available! At the moment the pool does not have a heater :)
