It is an apartment on the top floor, so it has a lot of sun, it is warm and spacious. It is a house in the very center, 3 blocks from the Andador Eclesiastico and next to the river. Everything is very close (bars, restaurants, markets, etc.). We have 50mb fiber optic WiFi. It has 2 bedrooms (2 king beds), a spacious living room, TV, fireplace, and a full and large kitchen. They also have access to the shared terrace with very nice views that are shared when there are guests in the other apartment.

The house is located north of town, 20 minutes on foot from downtown and 15 minutes from the market and has good availability of public transport (taxis pass every 5 minutes and buses every 10). It is a quiet area with various services such as laundry, places to eat, mini super, pharmacy, bakery and is 10 minutes from the Na Bolom Museum. The room is spacious, comfortable and ideal for couples, groups of 3 people, or families with a child who can sleep in a single bed.

Enjoy an unforgettable stay in our beautiful house. It is a family and traditional home located in the historic center of San Cristóbal, very close to museums and restaurants. A few blocks away you can enjoy the most popular attractions of the city, such as walkways, churches, bars, galleries, handicraft stores and markets. Our accommodation is very close to the church of Guadalupe, one of the city's tourist attractions. 10 minutes from the Guadalupano walkway surrounded by cafes, restaurants and bars. The house is shared with the host family on the ground floor. Important notice: Parties with loud music are not allowed after 11:00 pm. It is a quiet neighborhood. Out of respect for the neighbors and to avoid problems, we no longer allow groups that come to party. 🙏

Welcome to Peña Xulem's cabins! We are approximately 15 minutes (by car) from the heart of San Cristóbal de las Casas. It is a small complex of 3 cabins built on the second floor of a country house, sharing a terrace/viewpoint and a kitchenette. They are accessed through a staircase and a door. The terrace / viewpoint is a covered room with an asphalt roof that allows you to contemplate the beauty of the sacred rock.
