Holiday rentals with beach access in San Fabian

The place is nice, clean, and comfortable. The host was friendly and responsive, ensuring we had everything we needed. Highly recommend!

Our stay exceeded expectations. The location was perfect, right in front of the beach, Agoo Baywalk, and near Agoo Ecopark. The host was welcoming, and the caretaker was especially kind, hard-working, and accommodating. Convenient food and drink stalls were nearby, and we enjoyed the live band at Banniit Bar & Grill. We originally planned to stay for one night only but decided to extend for another day due to the beautiful view, great ambiance, and excellent service. Place is highly recommended as it offers great value for the price.

What we loved most about our stay was the beachfront location and the fully equipped kitchen. The hosts were responsive and thoughtful, providing extras like an additional bath mat, kitchen mat, trash bags, and drinking water. The internet was fast, and having Netflix was a great bonus—perfect whether you're working remotely by the beach or relaxing indoors with a movie.

Mam Realyn was very accommodating. She assisted my senior parents and nephews towards the pool even though they arrived earlier than us and before we were able to check-in. She was quick to reach me on my mobile to inform me my guests arrived. Throughout our stay, Mam Realyn could easily be reached on her mobile to help me manage my visiting family. We rented the family room which had the conveniences of home, a basic kitchen, good size fridge, lots of seating, TV, wifi, and air conditioning which was most convenient in the burning Dagupan summer. It is right across the less crowded part of Tondaligan Beach but was near enough to restaurants, sarisari stores, and public transport. The place is exactly as described in their listing.

First, the location was great, and the resort was as advertised. Facilities were adequate and the room was clean. Our stay was definitely saved by the staff that was present at the time we checked in as there was a problem with the resort apparently not being aware of our reservation and that it is not part of ArBnb anymore. The staff was respectful and tried to accommodate us as we agreed to wait until a room became available and not waste our trip on a technicality. Overall it was our experience with the staff that will bring us back to Sierra Vista. Thank you.

Very kind host. We did a very late check-in (11pm) and booking but she still accommodated us. The place is spacious has free parking! Very near convenience stores and easy to find location. Will definitely recommend to friends and family. Thank you host 😀

Everything was fantastic! The place itself was beautiful, clean, and absolutely perfect for capturing stunning photos. However, parking was a bit of a challenge. The sand was very soft, and unfortunately, our car got stuck. Luckily, the caretakers and neighbors were incredibly friendly and helpful. While a microwave for reheating leftovers would have been convenient, it's a minor detail compared to the overall experience. We had a great time overall, and wouldn't hesitate to recommend this place.

Filipinas is an incredibly helpful host, even going out of her way to help our group when our flight got cancelled. The location is right off the main road AND right on the ocean making it a terrific place for our stay. One thing that would be helpful is to share the precise coordinates of the place for ease of finding it with smartphone maps.

We had so much fun

The resort was just - if not better - than advertised. The pool is a clear central point for the resort and everything kind of wraps around it, which creates a sense of continuity and openness for the place. The outdoor kitchen and dining area is a nice touch — it’s adjacent to the pool and a great place for everyone to congregate, while still being able to see what’s going on in the pool area (great if you have kids in your party; or in making everyone feel together). The resort is large enough to accommodate big groups — we had 30 people and it never felt like we were on top of each other given all the nooks available. Kitchen is fully equipped, and the rooms were comfortable, clean, and comes with its own bathroom (huge plus). The resort is just a short walk to the beach. The caretakers were also very friendly and attentive. Had a great stay overall; would especially enjoyed recommend the resort for big groups!
