Excelente y tranquilo departamento al sur de la ciudad, a 10 minutos del Aeropuerto Internacional , a 20 minutos del centro histórico si traes auto y si usas transporte público es un poco mas de tiempo. Se encuentra a dos cuadras de la avenida principal, de tiendas de autoservicio y del mercado municipal. Cuenta con estacionamiento, caseta de vigilancia y está muy cerca de las vías que conectan con la ciudad sin todo el bullicio de la misma. Facturamos tu estancia. Bienvenidos ¡Te esperamos!

Fully equipped, 2 floors studio-apartment. Cozy, bright, fresh, silent and clean. Stove-oven, microwave, plenty of space in the fridge, cofeemaker and cooking supplies. Cedar furniture. King size bed in the 2nd floor (super comfortable) plus a sofa-bed in the 1st floor (quite confortable). Shared spacious garden and terrace. Exquisite vernacular decoration. Located in a traditional, homy, still central and safe neighborhood. I'm always available for questions/requests. Feel very welcome :)

Downtown Casa Sabina Skyview

Downtown Casa Sabina Skyview is in a quiet gated neighborhood, five blocks from the main pedestrian street of Alcalá. The house was fully remodeled in 2021. There are two bedrooms with queen beds and ceiling fans, and two full bathrooms. The view of the city and Soledad Church from the private rooftop terrace is breathtaking, and if you look in the right direction you can see Monte Albán. Our appreciation of Oaxaca shines through every mural and alebrije by local artists. See you soon!
