Probably Siargao's most unique farmstay. 30 mins drive from the main tourist area, you enter the cosy fishing village of Salvacion. A hidden gem, especially for adventurous people who wants to experience the filipino countryside. You may even enter the farm riding a water-buffalo if you'd like! One of the best surf breaks in Siargao is so near you can listen to it while eating breakfast outside.
“Where to even begin! This place absolutely exceeded our expectations in every way. If you’re looking for a place to disconnect, get away from the tourist hustle and bustle and experience real island living, this is the place. The location is close enough to General Luna so it’s still super convenient, especially with their scooters that are available for guests. The property has so much to explore and the kids, dogs, animals, locals, beach and skate park will keep you more than entertained. The hut is cosy, clean and comfortable and waking up to a stunning sunrise every morning was unbeatable. The home cooked food and bbq’s were always fresh and delicious. We only ate out in General Luna once and then had every other meal with our hosts, Grace and Hans and their family. Beers in the village are cheap and rum and coconut is a new favourite of ours. Grace also makes a killer Jungle Juice with fresh mango! This is sustainable, eco-friendly island living where first world luxuries like fast wifi and air con shouldn’t be your priority. There is so much more charm to this place and it really does take all the stress of city living away. A huge thank you to Hans and Grace and their 3 beautiful boys for their outstanding hospitality and for making us feel like family. By far our best Airbnb experience and it’s going to be hard to beat. We love you guys and we’ll see you soon ;) Conor & Denise”
Come and stay with us in a private comfy native style cottage with ensuite just right on a secluded beach. Ideal location for surfers of all levels, beginner and intermediate breaks directly in front with no rocks to worry about. For those seeking larger waves Philippine Deep surf break is immediately out front and Salvation break just in view. The other popular breaks are a short boat ride away, guide can be arranged to collect you from the beach, tide dependent or from Santa Fe village.
“This place is magnificent. Grace’s family are one of the most wonderful hosts we have ever stayed with. Nelly & Dado also made us the most delicious Philippine meals while we were there. The pictures don’t do this place justice. The hut comes with a really well working A/C and the a drinking water cooler. To have water available any time of the day was very nice. The family have a handful of sweet dogs and a few kitties. They are all very friendly and we loved having them around. You will get the beach mostly to yourself. It’s just beautiful. Amihan Surf Cabanas are located about 30 mins from GL, but they are currently building a few bridges which with their completion will make the trip much quicker to General Luna. You will need to rent a motor bike or scooter if you want to be mobile on the island. The road that leads into the property (about 600 meters long) is a dirt road which isn’t too bad if you are a somewhat experienced motorbike rider. To Dado, Nelly and the entire family: Thank you for showing us the true Philippine way of living and for unforgettably kind hospitality. We can’t wait to return and meet you again. With gratitude, Bianka & Mike”
We are located in Pacifico, Siargao island, walking distance (700meters) from village center. Our beach property is blessed with constant onshore breezes and located a few steps from surf spot. The pristine air and vistas are some of the cleanest and clearest in the world. The oceans wind and sound is dramatic and healing. The space comes with a nice outdoor bathroom.
“Very nice place If you want to relax and clean your mind. So close to the beach and that amazing sound of the waves... easy to go to the little village. And the palm trees!!! By the way, we went to the fireflys tour. Not so far away and easy to go with a motorbike. Zephanian is amazing and his family are so friendly. We are so happy that we chose to go to this side of the island after General Luna. Great end of our trip. Thank you!”
