Apartment holiday rentals in Soto del Barco

We have been here for 5 days and the apartment is just as it appears in the photos. Very well decorated, totally renovated. The parking is very good. It is true that it is a little far from the center to walk but we went by car and in 10 minutes we were parking near the center. Also, keep in mind that not having an elevator makes it hard to go up with suitcases. But if you want a quiet and well-equipped apartment in a quiet area of Aviles, I definitely recommend it.

the house is quite close to the beach and being a 5 rests very well pq the noises of the street do not arrive. you can walk around the beach area, which is super pretty

Warm reception by Noelia and partner. Wonderful delicacies. Apartment was very clean. Good bed, lovely terrace, is in a car noisy street close to several restaurants. Noelia is always available and gives good tips. Vvv is just around the corner for all kinds of information. When we come back to Aviles, we will definitely stay here again.

Paco's place was just as it was listed, nothing hidden and nothing less. He was also kind enough to give us some tips for when to get there, even letting us know about car parks close by (which was extremely helpful).

The accommodation far exceeded my expectations! It's one of the best places I've stayed at through Airbnb! Excellent service and warm treatment! They make you feel at home, I don't hesitate to recommend that you stay here! And on my next visit to Oviedo, I hope it will be available!

A 10 definitely. A lot of flexibility with us as we booked them at the last minute. They had super details with us, leaving little things for the kids and making us a homemade breakfast butter, plus coffee, milk, Colacao... Wonderful. The house is very comfortable and clean. Loved staying here. I studied in Oviedo many years ago and always loved this area in the old neighborhood. This is an amazing location right in the heart of casco viejo close to so many great spots. The apartment was clean as can be, well stocked with necessary items, and perfect layout. Check in was effortless and great with recommendations. Awesome building with kind neighbors who would hold the door open for you. Oviedo is one of the best places in all of Spain. This is an excellent location and value for money. Would 100% stay here again.

Rafael and his wife are super attentive, they were flexible with the arrival and the apartment is quite cozy and has everything you need for the stay. A big plus is the parking space they have. The center of Oviedo is easily accessible on foot. Very close to the house there is a shopping center that if you need anything is a step away. Without a doubt, if I return to Oviedo or the surrounding area, I will repeat the accommodation!

What a great stay we had in Amaya’s beautiful property. The apartment was perfect - clean, convenient, well located. Amaya is a fantastic host who met us and explained everything in the apartment and she then shared great City info. Parking underground 30 meters away was a huge bonus. The City was glorious, go dine n Sideria! Muchas gracias Amaya!

We felt very comfortable in Oviedo and Chudanas apartment. The communication was great, and the hosts were very helpful. We could reach everything on foot. The Museum of Fine Arts is also recommended. We recommend everyone visiting Oviedo to book with Chusana. Thank you very much for the extraordinary hospitality.

The house is very well located, close to downtown, 10 minutes walk to the port. It is fully renovated, identical to as shown in the pictures. There is a supermarket right next door, a bakery.. Having a garage is a relief because it would be very difficult to park on the street.. I really liked it and I've been very comfortable.

We had a very pleasant stay in Salinas and the appartement matched our expectations. It was generally clean, altough some areas could benefit from extra cleaning (e.g. shower, ventilation system). The kitchen was well equipped and the beds were comfortable. It is also very quiet in the building

The area, the apartment and the kindness and good treatment of both Jessica and her mother, has been spectacular. We will be back for sure!
