Exelente place 10 de 10, complies with everything promised, exelente communication and exelente attention. I recommend it if you want to have a good time with friends or family.

My family and I loved the place, a little far but everything is fine, the house is super impeccable, it has everything you need for a nice stay. I recommend it if they really want to disconnect and have a few days of relaxation. We'll be back later.

Pleasant stay, close to Lima and close to the KIO VEA square, the house is as in the photos, very nice and large!!! And the hosts would always respond to you on time… The only inconvenience we had was the noise around the area, until late in the morning they were partying, and despite the fact that the house was close to the beach, the beach was not very nice, a lot of people and very pigeon; but they are things that escape the hand of the hostess!!!

I consider that with my family and friends we will return. It has been a good time, everything is very tidy and always pending. The perfect place.

We stayed at Rodrigo's house for a week, with two adults and one dog, aiming to get some time away from Lima while working remotely. Though the WiFi wasn't reliable for work, our own Starlink terminal worked great. The house was perfect for our needs. We appreciated the AC and little creature comforts, including a BBQ we frequently used. Our dog loved the large yard, and the pool was refreshing. We only left the property once for lunch, as there wasn't much within walking distance. We requested additional cleaning and some cooking mid-week, and Edith came to help with both, which we appreciated. One concern was the surveillance cameras inside the house. Though the host assured us they were off, it felt less private. Overall, we enjoyed our time at Rodrigo's house, relaxing and making the most of the house, pool, and yard.

Unparalleled experience! From before the booking there was an excellent communication with Estefania which made things a lot easier. It is easily accessible, a few minutes from the old North Pan-American and there is a lot of ease in ordering taxis for guests. Near the house there are several events in the evenings on weekends, it is a perfect place for parties and gatherings as the noise is not an issue. They were very flexible with the check-in and check-out times because they had not booked that same day. All of us were delighted with the house and became a fixed point for future meetings, the rooms with air conditioning and windows with mosquito nets included are perfect for avoiding the heat and insects. We will definitely be back.

It is a house located in the residential area of Barranco, the house is very spacious and has autonomous access, the host is super communicative and willing to help.

The accommodation is spacious, very pleasant and very well located, close to shops and the promenade along the ocean. The hosts were very responsive and welcoming. Despite the fact that we had the misfortune of having two water outages beyond the control of our hosts, our stay went very well.

i felt very satisfied in the accommodation.. Elvia was very attentive, she gave us recommendations to go to different places. The apartment is very tidy, clean, a warm environment,it was like being at home..everything nice.. thank you very much Elvia for the attention. The area is very quiet, ideal for those who are going to concerts in Costa 21. I highly recommend it and hope to return soon.

We love staying at Patricia's house. In addition to the amenities of the house, being super cozy, its energy and surroundings have enchanted us. We spent very pleasant days. Cynthia that received us was very kind, giving us all the necessary tips and always responded with agility and kindness. The house is very well located, close to the beach and restaurants. A high point was the flexibility both at check-in and at checkout that allowed us to enjoy our stay in Lima a lot! We'll be back for sure, we really felt at home! The super quiet stay was for a family New Year's plan, the layout of the place is a 10, even more so if you go with small children as was my case, since we had children who could play and feel safe in the green area and also in the house, there is also a door inside the house to go up to the second floor, very well thought out for going with small children, we enjoyed the pool, gracious, they answered all the questions, highly recommended the place and the hosts
