We loved this apartment. It is very close to grocery stores, restaurants, coffee shops, parks, etc. the location is very quiet and safe. The apartment had everything we needed and the AC was great to have. Thanks Magalli for being very responsive and helpful! We would definitely recommend.

If you are wanting a very convenient and Excellent location that is Safe, walkable, ect, I would highly recommend Patty’s apartment. The apartment has a great rooftop, excellent amenities, great staff, clean, and overall a great apartment. The host Patty is super friendly and goes above and beyond to make sure everything goes well and is super responsive to any needs or concerns you might have!! Again, I would highly recommend this apartment if you are staying in Barancco! This apartment really made my Lima trip so much better!

Apartamento: Totalmente equipado su cocina, los espacios tal y cual las fotos, muy fresco privado y tranquilo. Impecable en cuanto a limpieza. Ubicacion: muy buena, cerca a varios restaurantes y supermercados. Host: victor es muy amable, atento y buena persona. Responde muy rápido! es un departamento sumamente grande. Está acondicionado para recibir hasta 5 personas. tiene 2 baños y uno de ellos tiene una bonita tina. es un poquito antiguo. pero los acabados que han colocado para modernizar están muy bien. La zona está un poco lejos de todo, pero a dos o 4 cuadras está dos avenidas importantes de transporte publico

Great apartment just close to Park Kennedy and right in the centre of Miraflores. Good size, and all the amenities you need for a week or so. Nice cafes and restaurants close by too. Would recommend! Thanks Cecilia!

Very nice flat, well stuff in the kitchen, laundry in the basement of the building, well deserved by public transport but due to the strategic point on the Avenue, it’s very noisy even from the 8th floor.

Ich habe mich in diesem Duplex Apartment wirklich sehr wohl gefühlt. Es war mit Abstand der ruhigste Ort, den ich bisher in Lima erlebt habe. Die Wohnung ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet, sehr sauber und vor allem: sie hat eine Heizung. Gerade in Lima ist das ein großer Pluspunkt, den man nicht unterschätzen sollte. Der Check In lief über die Rezeption im Haus. Die Vermieter sind freundlich und hilfsbereit, man fühlt sich direkt gut aufgehoben. Besonders schön ist auch die Lage an einer grünen Allee, ruhig und trotzdem zentral.

I love the location of Renzos place. Spacious, great views and everything you could need, steps from your door. And across the street is a big, beautiful park. Plus the outdoor space is hard to find in Lima. Would definitely recommend Renzos place!

Stayed a month at the place. The apartment in San Miguel is in a convienent location for tourist. 20 min from Miraflores a tourist hotspot, and 10 min from San miguel plaza a nice large shopping mall that has all you need there. My partner and I spent alot of time shopping and eating there during our stay. The apartment has nice security staff that are well aware of Airbnb and will assist the best they can. The pool is closed on Mondays and from 12 - 2. As well as the Gym from 12 -2 every day. Security has to be there I believe, which was not ideal at times. You have to get used to that schedule. The hotwater for the shower you must flip a switch an hour before use, then turn off after. The hotwater may not last that long either, but good enough to wash off and save water. Host was available to message consistently if there were any problems and thus was able to have a good time here.

Good floor plan but a small bathroom. Unfortunately, the apartment did not have Claro cable TV, so I did not have access to English speaking channels and news.

I had a great stay. The location was so central that I had daily runs around Parque Kennedy. Check in was easy, and the concierge is absolutely lovely. I would definitely stay again, and wish that I could for my last couple of nights in Peru.

We loved Elena's place. I felt very safe as a single woman traveling and when my daughter joined, we found lots of beautiful walking and restaurants to enjoy. I would definitely stay again. Miraflores was a lovely area of Lima.
