We felt very good about the house for 5 adults and a child, I really liked the place, it is very quiet and safe. It's a plus that they provide a bus to take you to old Guatemala, my family liked it a lot!

Would highly recommend Karel’s apartment for a stay in Antigua! Everything was clean, well decorated, and the location was perfect (just a few blocks from the main square, everything we wanted to do in town was walkable and we felt safe). The view from the roof deck at sunset is something special — we had friends who told us to go to Antigua Brewing Co for the view from their deck, and while that was lovely, we thought our private little spot was even better. Karel was proactive with directions ahead of our arrival and responsive with questions and recommendations during our stay. We stayed for five nights and were sad to say goodbye! Would 100% book again if we’re ever back in Antigua.

We had a wonderful stay. Despite being close to a road, the apartment was quiet all night. A short walk to Central Square. The apartment itself had a good amount of space and was very clean. We would definitely return.

Great place! I stay here every time I visit Antigua if I can. It is safe and centrally located next to one of the most popular tourist attractions in Antigua. Gilda is very helpful and responsive. The decor is very welcoming, with lots of Guatemalan artisanal handcrafts. It's a spacious apartment, with a living room, dining room, kitchen, bedroom, two bathrooms, laundry and front and rear balconies. There's a washer and dryer, which is very convenient and not typical. For me, the main disadvantage is that the doorways are a bit low. I'm 6'2". Usually I remember to duck, but I tend to bump my head about once a week during my stays here. The windows do a very good job of blocking sound, but it's a popular, busy street and if you're sensitive to noise, it could be a problem. (But the noise doesn't bother me.) Sleeping accommodations are limited -- two people could sleep in the big bed in the bedroom and one could sleep on the single bed in the living room.

We had an excellent stay. 🙌🏽 The house is as shown in the photos... even better! Completely overcame our expectations. Everything was very clean, well cared for and thought out so that you feel comfortable from the first moment. 🏡✨ Gaby and Martin were super friendly and attentive hosts, always available if we needed anything. In addition, the place is easy to access and very easy to find, which made everything even more comfortable. 🚗🗺️ It is ideal for relaxing or enjoying a quiet vacation, perfect for disconnecting from the daily routine🌿🛋️. Julio was super, super responsive. The location of the Airbnb is a private, gated neighborhood so we ended up just having to meet Uber drivers at the front gate, but it wasn’t too much of a hassle - about a 6 minute walk. Beautiful home, though, with a great view!

Wow is all I can say. The photos do this home no justice. The hospitality was unmatched. We had a small issue with security a few times which honestly isn’t the host fault but she took it upon herself to make us feel comfortable and gave us a free in home breakfast cooked by this beautiful sweet women. Everything was perfect. If ever in Guatemala this is where we will stay. This is my Me, my husband our children and 1 daughter in law and the wonderful lady who cooked for us. We love this home. This home was absolutely stunning

It looks like a magazine! One of the most beautiful stays we've enjoyed with the family. The house is a perfect blend of colonial and modern. Everything was impeccably clean, with beautiful and cozy decor in every corner. It feels very familiar, ideal for relaxing and enjoying as a group or as a couple. The hosts were attentive, kind and always attentive to every detail. We would definitely come back!

If you want stunning views, and some peaceful surroundings, stay here! You can see Volcán de Auga, Fuego and Acatenango! I had just hiked Acatenango and chose this place to relax mainly. At night you can see the lava on Fuego, it's amazing! The bed was comfortable, nice bathroom and kitchen. Gorgeous pool, again facing the most incredible view. It is a bit remote, but if you have a car, then you're fine, otherwise they can arrange Jose or Israel to get you to town or the airport. There are a few restaurants that you can walk to as well. I felt totally safe there travelling as a solo female, and the locals I passed by on my walks were so lovely. Overall such a beautiful relaxing place to stay. The hosts were great and responded quickly and arranged my transfers.

An excellent place !! Silvia's stay is an excellent place, the condominium is very safe, very quiet, beautiful and cozy. It must be clear that it is not directly in old Guatemala however it is about 10- 15min from the center of old and the uber arrives very quickly . the house is very nice, cozy, it makes you feel at home, the rooms are nice , the bathrooms are clean and has everything you can cook which was very helpful. There is a commercial square 1km from there that has everything you need. the pool area is quite at ease to have a good time with the family and its terrace is incredible for something more private with your companions. I loved the house, I would definitely stay there again.

Amazing place very comfortable and secure. Also just a 3 min drive from the main town. Wifi is a little bad but besides that 10 out of 10

The condo is amazing, beautiful surroundings, in front of the pool and about a 5 minute walk to the entrance to Antigua. Check in was easy, the unit was just right for 3 of us and the WiFi was extremely reliable and fast. After sightseeing all day in Antigua it was really nice to come home and jump in the pool or have dinner in one of the outside tables. Deann was an amazing host, always quick in answering any questions, friendly and very proactive in sending information about events in the area, places to eat, spas, etc. It was truly a pleasure staying at Deann's condo, we were sad to leave but are looking forward to staying here again in the future!

Everything great the 24 hour security feels nice & the parking right in front is hard to find in Antigua. WiFi works best from second floor. Nice small patio outdoor area & close enough to walk places. She has a nice few selection of books in English to read while at your stay too which was a nice touch. Nice hot water. Only wish was that they had laundry detergent & an iron that usually other air bnbs do have but nonetheless sweet host & felt safe staying here as a woman

Diana and Julio are gracious hosts, and their little piece of paradise is our new favorite place to stay in Antigua. Great location and we look forward to returning for a long stay later this year.
