My friends and I had a great time at the house it had everything we needed and the Property Caretaker Don Pedro was very helpful and pleasant. I would highly recommend Violetas house to stay in San Juan del Sur.

The house is amazing, you have access to the beach right in front of you, only recommendation for anybody is to bring your own food from a local supermarket as there is an hour drive off road(4x4 recommended) after reaching san juan, the place is very private, you have the beach for yourself, the house is very clean, enough rooms, and spacious. Local housekeeper was very useful as he can go buy you items at extra cost while you enjoy your time, final score 10/10.

Nos quedamos en la casa proxima a la piscina, el alojamiento cumplio con todas nuestras expectativas, es muy espacioso, la cocina tenía todo lo necesario para poder organizar nuestras comidas y las vistas son espectaculares. Las habitaciones tienen buen tamaño e iluminación. Además tuvimos la suerte de poder participar de un evento/encuentro que John había organizado y que incluía una cena muy completa en un ambiente súper familiar, recomiendo preguntar a John sobre sus eventos e intentar coordinar la estadía con uno de ellos para vivir esa experiencia también. Gracias por todo John, con seguridad volveremos!

The house is beautiful, spacious and great for family events. Every room has a private shower and restrooms. My family was so happy with the house. 3 minutes walking distance from the beach and 6 minutes walking distance from all the bars and restaurants. We are definitely coming back to this house. Thank you.

La casa de David tiene una ubicación perfecta frente a la playa, eso la hace única. Todos los días iba un personal hacer el aseo de todas las áreas incluyendo la piscina. La volvería a rentar definitivamente.

Great unit to stay. If you need to check out before 8:00 AM make sure you arrange it with the staff. I did not know this and it was a bit of a hassle to check out and had to leave 45 minutes later then I wanted to leave.

Quiet with good security, nice views, high ceilings, very comfortable beds. Walkways can get very dark at night. Do not go out without a flashlight. It’s a little walk up to the pools, which are definitely worth a visit. No AC on the top floor, which got pretty warm. I think it was a great value for the accommodations. Cleaning lady came three times in a week. I would definitely stay again. Thanks Rakel

El alojamiento es ESPECTACULAR es mas de lo que esperábamos. La pasamos super bien. La casa estaba super limpia, ordenada y la atención al detalle es increíble. Aparte de todo la comunicación con Ely y Tamar fue super fluida y estuvieron atentos a todos nuestros mensajes de igual manera el administrador de la casa. This place was even better in person! We really enjoyed our time there. The view over the town and ocean is absolutely beautiful, and the infinity pool made it even better! — we spent a lot The casita was ideal for our daughter, brother in law, & mother — it gave them their own space while still being close by. The kitchen had everything we needed and more! We really appreciated the basic spices, oil, coffee, sugar, etc. that were provided. Cheryl was helpful with arrival instructions & recommendations for the best happy hour & nicest beach with hammocks. The location is the best we have found so far! We won’t hesitate to return.

The location is great. few seconds and you are on a wonderful beach with an amazing sunset. the house is clean with white towels and sheets. there is a shower and a sink right in the master bedroom, worked perfectly for us! almost no bugs inside. mosquitoes are brutal in the evening! as soon as sun goes down you want to get inside asap! our spray didn't work. I missed that part the place doesn't have AC's, so it gets a little too hot during the day. we opened all windows and turned on the fans and during the night it gets better. if you're planning to cook, get everything you may need: oil, salt, spices. Also kids met crabs on the beach. They burrow themselves into the sand and can pinch you quite painfully if you are too close to them. I opted to wear watershoes, but my husband was ok to be there barefoot 😄 there is a little convenient store 1 min away if you need a milk or something else. the owner provides a clean drinkable water. overall a great experience, would recommend!

El lugar es hermoso. Hay que tomar en cuenta que está ubicado en un sitio alejado del centro, lo que me pareció bien ya que amamos el silencio. Hay que tomar en cuenta que hay que pasar un río no muy profundo (nosotros pasamos en un automóvil fácilmente). Pero vale la pena. 100% recomendado para pasar unos días tranquilos y conocer los alrededores.

La casa está bastante nueva, todo muy limpio, bien cuidado y cómodo. Se nota que han puesto atención en los detalles. El acceso fue fácil y la comunicación con Sara y Jhonny fue excelente en todo momento. Aunque está un poco alejada de la playa, el entorno lo compensa: está en medio de un bosque tranquilo y hermoso, y hasta pudimos oír monos en los árboles. Es un lugar ideal si buscás descansar en un espacio seguro y cómodo.

Estancia simplemente placentera! Es una casa muy bonita y agradable. Gerald, Harry y Alejandro fueron muy amables y serviciales, sin duda volveré y recomendaré esta casa!

Our family enjoyed our stay! Till was very responsive. The beach is walking distance about 10-15 minute walk or you can drive down. The view from the property to the ocean is beautiful and spectacular. Our family enjoyed eating outside. The road to the house is under construction so be prepared to go through rocky/ gravel roads as it will take some time. Also, make sure to stop for groceries before going to the house as there is not much around and they close at 5pm. During our stay we had visitors at night 2 toads, 2 scorpions outside by the door and cute dogs/puppies that would come by each night. Each room has an AC unit which is a plus because it can get very hot. It’s a very private home and overall we felt safe our time there. Thank you Till for hosting us.

It was a great place to stay; my family and I were delighted with the house and, of course with the view it offers. A very comfortable home that truly feels like a home. Along with the amazing hospitality and easy communication with the owners, this house is a 11/10

The house itself was not only comfortable and stylish, but also perfectly situated to take in the amazing views. Whether we were relaxing with a morning coffee or winding down in the evening, the scenery was absolutely breathtaking. All in all, this was a perfect getaway and we would definitely love to come back. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a peaceful stay in a gorgeous setting!

My stay at Olivia’s place was peaceful and serene. She is an excellent host that met me at check in, and throughly explained everything to know about the home for my stay! There were lots of beautiful sunsets over the mountains, many birds to watch while I enjoyed coffee on the patio in a nice cool breeze. The home was well stocked, had filtered clean drinking water, and cleaning lady came and for a mid-stay freshening up! I will definitely be back!
